"Put this air filter in and when on a 1500 mile trip on the road I got 52 MPG before the filter 47mpg tops.
I think I made a good choice buying this filter Its bound to pay for itself within a year in gas and replacement filters"

"Seems to be a high quality air filter. Fit like a glove, no problems installing. Did not notice any change in cabin noise. Seemed to provide an improvement in fuel economy via computer. Will need more driving time to confirm."

"I purchased the filter in hopes of improving my mileage on my 2007 Honda Ridgeline. I am obsessed with MPG and keep meticulous records. Without exaggeration my mileage has improved a minimum 2 MPG on BOTH city and highway driving. The truck seems to be running more efficiently and slightly snappier. I am elated."

"I had to take a few hoses off the air filter box to install the filter, but it went smoothly. I haven't checked to see if my gas mileage increased, but I do notice a little more pep on acceleration."

"Filter housing isn't easy to open needing to take out quite a few torx screws, but from the K&N side everything was great. Excellant fit and design as usual. After 5 tankfuls and accurate metering there's a definite improvement in fuel economy."

"Installed in a snap. It's too soon to tell (Only had it installed for less then a week) but since switching to the K&N air filter I've been getting better gas mileage! I will know more when I see how many miles I get out of this tank of gas when I refuel."

"I have installed K&N filters on many vehicles over the years (350Z, BMW M3, VW Passat, VW GTI, to name a few). My last K&N purchase (prior to this one) was for a 2006 Porsche Boxster S. The dealer recommended not installing it because of previous problems and possible voiding of the warranty. I chose to heed his advice and returned the filter to you for full credit.
My Audi dealer has also raised some concerns about the filter affecting the sensor on the air cleaner, but has not said he would not install it. The Q5 is going in for some minor problems and the dealer will determine if it is safe to install the K&N filter at that time.
It seems that I am finding more difficulty with new cars and installing the filters. I have always installed my own in the past, but they are becoming more complicated.
I will advise (and probably return the filter) if I have problems with this one as well.
