"I purchased a K&N filter for my new 2010 Genesis Coupe, because K&N was the first company to offer a performance filter for this car. A replacement cold air intake with cone filter was an option, but for $280, I passed on that! I could immediately hear the sound of air sucking into the intake, after installing the K&N and starting the engine (probably a good sign!). Can't feel a performance difference, but I suspect it's giving me 2-3HP or so, if I were to dyno test my car. It'll be worthwhile just to save money on filters though, over the years."

"I installed this filter a little over a month ago in my Volvo XC60. The car has a much better throttle response and a throatier sound. An overall good deal if you want to keep the engine bay stock."

"The filter was easily installed in less than a few minutes. A small performance increase was noticed on acceleration. Fuel mileage also seemed to increase about 2-3 MPG. Overall, it was worth paying premium price for a filter that will last the life of the car."

"I had a 98 2500 Ram 5.9 diesel with a load of Banks equipment and K&N filters. I just bought a 08 6.7 diesel with all the bells and whistles, first thing I did was installed an air filter. I tow a 34ft. 5th wheel, haven't checked the mileage yet, I can feel an increase in power(mostly on the hills). The K&N air filter is less money than 2 stock ones at NAPA. It's a no brainer,easy 5 star product."

"I puchaced the drop in K&N filter for my 2009 Honda Pilot. It has a little more pick up, upper end sound is much better, and gas mileage is better by 2mpg(if I behave). I highly recomend any K&N product. David"

"Better breathing than OEM filter, I got increased gas mileage (up 1 mpg so far) than with the original, which is typical for all 3 that I have installed in my vehicles. Since 1989 I have always installed a new K&N in every vehicle I buy - because they work."

"I don't see any difference AT ALL!!...in my cars gas mileage, (as they claim)..or ANY DIFFERENCE!! in my cars performance (as they claim)...the only thing thats apparent is i am out the cost...($50.00 bucks!)"

"Installed these K&N filters along with a new Borla exhaust system. Gained about 28 horses or so. K&N makes a great product, I have them in the Z28 the Vette and the motorcycle."

"Engine appears to be running at a slightly lower RPM. Last tank I got 26+MPG on my '08 Honda Element-EPA rated at 24MPG. Would like to think this is because of the K&N air filter."

"I recently purchased a K & N Lifetime Air Filter for my 2007 Tundra. I had been looking at CAI systems for some time as well. But when it came right down to it, I really wasn't going to notice a couple of extra horsepower gain with a CAI at a cost of $300-$450. But I was certainly surprised at the better throttle response and improved gas mileage with the K & N filter. And now I don't have to continue to buy OEM or replacement filters. A great purchase. The savings in fuel will pay for this in no time."

"I'm about a week of use w/ my K&N filter and am seeing about 1 1/2 miles per gallon improvement. I drive mostly highway mileage but have not made a trip with it yet. I expect it to imprive MPG slightly more in the near future. My last suburban had 235,000 on it's only K&N filter and was still getting about 17.5 mpg."
