"Filter housing isn't easy to open needing to take out quite a few torx screws, but from the K&N side everything was great. Excellant fit and design as usual. After 5 tankfuls and accurate metering there's a definite improvement in fuel economy."

"Installed in a snap. It's too soon to tell (Only had it installed for less then a week) but since switching to the K&N air filter I've been getting better gas mileage! I will know more when I see how many miles I get out of this tank of gas when I refuel."

"I have installed K&N filters on many vehicles over the years (350Z, BMW M3, VW Passat, VW GTI, to name a few). My last K&N purchase (prior to this one) was for a 2006 Porsche Boxster S. The dealer recommended not installing it because of previous problems and possible voiding of the warranty. I chose to heed his advice and returned the filter to you for full credit. My Audi dealer has also raised some concerns about the filter affecting the sensor on the air cleaner, but has not said he would not install it. The Q5 is going in for some minor problems and the dealer will determine if it is safe to install the K&N filter at that time. It seems that I am finding more difficulty with new cars and installing the filters. I have always installed my own in the past, but they are becoming more complicated. I will advise (and probably return the filter) if I have problems with this one as well. Harry"

"hello i have been a fan a long time fan of the kand n air filter in all of my cars anything else would be uncivilized. I would feel the rush around 3000 rpm and beyond the fuel is a bit better but the power is diffennatly there, i would recommend any non believers to give it a try. russell nyc 92 celica all-trac turbo 94 corolla 1.8 95 camry 2.2 01 camry 2.2 04 dodge ram magnum"
