"I have K&N air filters on my 1996 Z28 Camaro, 2004 Dodge Stratus (2.7 liter V6), and 1970 Chevelle 383 small block. This upgrade for your vehicle is a no brainer for better performance and fuel economy. Plus K&N air filters can be re-used with simple cleaning with K&N's cleaning kit. I recently replaced the stock element in my 2004 Stratus with a K&N filter as the price difference between the paper replacement element and the K&N filter was not that much and the benefits with the K&N unit made it the better value. I am well pleased with the K&N unit and saw the performance & fuel economy improvements immediately."

"One of the first mods I make with all my vehicles is to change out the OEM air filter for a K&N unit. The advertised benefits are felt immediately varying a bit from vehicle to vehicle with respect to ease of installation, sound, power gains and fuel economy. The quality of the premium filter is second to none and I like the green idea of washing and reusing the filters.Though the filter is relatively not cheap, you can't go wrong here with the best"

"I'm still not finished making a judgement about this K&N for my Malibu. It is virtually impossible to close the air box with the K&N in it. Even the service department at Chevy couldn't get it closed.
K&N is actually sending me a replacement filter so they are equally concerned.
I wish there was a full K&N air box application for my Malibu. It is an SS and the airbox would be a great addition."

"the airfilter was fairly easy to install. The factory filter was hard to remove. The filter seems to be working fine. I havent figured out yet if it give me more power though."

"Installed fairly easy. Noticed a more throaty sound and a little more throttle response. Gas milage looks to be improving according to my trip computer. I went from 17.9MPG around town to 18.9MPG. Next up is a synth oil change. and we should be good."

"Very fast shipping and a cinch to install. Does give my Subaru a slightly better growl ;) Unfortunately I have not noticed any major change in performance or MPG's cause I need to fix an oil leak..."

from autoanything.com. We were very pleased with the
price compared to a standard filter, and K&N air filters
are better quality and last much longer, making them an
even better value. Since the filter has been installed
on my car, it seems to run better and have a little more
power than before, especially when accelerating on the highway. We would highly recommend K&N air filters, and
are going to purchase one for our truck soon. We also

"I have just started using the K&N air filter for my 1998 Pontiac Firebird. The construction is superb; the installation was pretty easy in general. I haven't used it long enough to see how much dust, dirt the filter prevents from entering. I have also not have had to clean the filter yet."

"I immediately noticed that the engine ran much smoother. There has also been a significant increase in power. I have not had the filter in long enough to measure the gas mileage, but I am sure that will show an improvement as well.
This improvement was well worth the moderate cost of the filter."

"why change your air filter every 9000 miles?Just get a K&N air filter and you don't have to worry about it for 50,000 miles before ya just need to clean it,than put it back in.Better gas mileage,better performance,all around best deal."
