"K & N filters claimed a increase in horse power and mileage I got neither My milage went down by a almost 2 miles per gallon I going back to the paper filter I going to try and get my money back"

"A drop-in filter replacement isn't going to win you noticeable horsepower or mileage gains, but for roughly the price of three paper filters, you have something you'll never wear out. This product is as easy to change out as your regular air filter, and requires minimal maintenance. Worth every penny!"

"Have K&N on other trucks and have seen increased mileage on all of them. Installed the latest on a suv and also have seen a little increase in mileage. I am sold on k&N airfilters."

"you will never have to replace this filter again. just add some oil when it dries up and your set. it does improve HP but it's a pretty low % that you probably won't feel it. I have bought 4 K&N filters in my lifetime, 2 i sold with the car after 3 years and 2 i still have. peace of mind really, just install and forget you have this filter thing to replace every some odd miles."

"If you don't plan on modifying your whole intake system, the drop-in filter is a great way to squeeze a little more performance and sound out of the stocker. K&N is a great product."

"i went to 3 different parts stores and counted get one for my 2008 lincoln MKX. i was told there wasent ont available for it .it now gets about 2 more miles to the gallon. so thanks"

"It fits in the air box fine it the thickness of the upper lip trying to get the cover on that side the air box with the three like fingers to slide took a bit nothing worry it works great !"

"since installing my new K&N air filter in my 2004 saturn ion I already noticed smoother idle, and improved gas mileage.I also will not miss haveing to purchase replacement filters for my car as long as I own it!"

KN Filter on 08 HHR

"Filter is installed in stock air box.Took about 30 minutes as the airbox needs to be removed. Torx screwdriver required to "split" box open to install filter. I notice a bit more pull at Upper RPM. 0.5-1.0 more MPG."

"I have put 3 tanks of fuel in my 2006 Jeep Liberty since installing the K & N filter. The vehicle immediately seemed to be more responsive. However, I have not yet seen any change in fuel consumption. I would notice a change since I have kept track of every bit of gas which I have put in the vehicle since I purchased it in March of 2008."
