"I got this k&n filter for my mother. Since I have used them for years and know of there performance and longevity. I told her of the cost savings of buying just one k&n filter instead of buying a new one every year would be a great savings and her performance would go up. When it came in she was very surprised and impressed at the difference in quality between the stock filter and the k&n filter. She asked why don't the manufacturers use this instead of paper? I said well they have to make money somewhere. Any way GREAT filter and keep up the great work."

"Just added #5 K&N to my 5 car fleet.I recently bought a 1990 lexus ls400 with very low miles. I could hardly wait to order a K&N for it. I just put it in last week and wow! It's by far the biggest performance boost i've had from a K&N yet! I did a slight airbox mod. and now the response on kick downs into passing gear is incredible! I've finally decided to try to drive normal on this tank of fuel so I can check the mileage. "It ain't gonna be easy" I took my 23 year old son for a ride this week and he couldn't believe the improvment! This filter was just a few dollars more than buying 2 stock filters so do the math. Thanks K&N for a great product!"

"I've had a few of these filters over the years and generally they are pretty good. cheaper in the long run. the only small negatives I've encountered are: 1. they make a bit of noise when you're on the throtle; not really a big deal. sounds like a hissing noise. 2. In really fine dusty conditions, some dust got through filter."

"I added this air filter to my 2007 Mustang GT and felt immediate response in acceleration and horse power. I had been considering a cold air intake, but rather than going to the expense I tried the K&N filter and I'm quite please with the results."

"I now have K&N air filters in our 2007 Pacifica and 2002 Dodge Ram. Both were very easy to install ( under 5 minutes ) and are easy to maintain. They have seemed to increase the performance and gas milage of the vehicles. I will continue to purchase them for my cars in the future."

"I purchase the air filters on 8/24/2009. I received them a few days later. After receiving them I couldn't wait to try them,so I was up at 1:30 am putting them in the cars. I just had to see if my friends were telling the truth about how the filter make your car perform.Early that morning I was itching to give it a test drive. I am here to say that my auto had more pick up and ran like it has never done before. This is one product that speak for itself."

"I'd heard about the lifetime K&N air filters but because they were about $50 even on eBay auctions, I was hesitant to make a purchase. But then after a last ditch effort to find a lower price, I tried a "Google" search. One of the hits was autoanything.com, and their price was only $38. I decided to give it a try--Wow, what a difference!! Before I replaced the filter in my 5-speed Toyota pickup, it lacked power to make it up these Tennessee hills in 4th gear and the acceleration was noticeably rough in the 2nd and 3rd gears. After I changed to the K&N, I noticed an immediate improvement in both engine power and smoothness. I haven't checked for any impact upon gas mileage, but I suspect it might also have improved because I can now drive up hills in a higher gear at lower rpm's and it is evident that more air is available to ignite the gasoline more efficiently."

"I've only had the air filter installed for a couple of weeks but... I swear it has more off the line power and I seem to be getting about 2mpg w/out the trailer and about one with it on - so far. Great product - sounds cool as well."

"Surpassed my expectations. There was a big difference in power. Some of it may be attributed to replaced a clogged old stock filter with a brand new one, but my car is faster than when new. I just ordered one for my wife's car!"

"Great filter, easy installation in factory air box. Engine runs smoother and idles steady. Hard to judge any real extra power. I am getting another 1+ MPG and better on freeway miles. The filters used to be overly saturated, now they are actually quite clean and no mess."
