"filter was simple to install, it took 10 minuttes or less. mileage has increased 1-2 miles per gallon in city driving, I'm geting approx 30 mpg on the highway with the 3.5 V-6. Filter was definately worth the money I paid considering the difference in mileage and time-life of the filter compared to normal filters.I average 3000 miles a month on this car."

"Chose K&N based on short and long term cost savings vs traditional "throw-away" filters; immediately felt difference in performance in terms of the sensation that engine was "breathing" freer and lower RPM torque; have not had the chance to measure the impact on MPG valuation as yet, but everything else being equal, still a sensible purchase"

"Before purchasing this filter, I looked high and low for a straight forward review on K&N drop in filters. The mixed reviews from folks who say they do not notice the difference show that many people do not pay attention to the performance of their automobiles. The additional torque created across the powerband is truly noticelable. The acceleration is much improved! The turbo spooling sound is enhanced. I am really impressed and pleased with the filter and absolutely recommend it!"

"I have had this K&N filter just a short time and notice slight increase in mpg. Since I am a senior citizen it will probably outlast me. I would recommend it for anyone. Ed"

"After installing a K&N air filter you will notice a little more snap in the power. The best part is that you will get on the average about 50 to 70 miles more per tank. The only down fall is you may hear a slight air noise from the breather box. Well worth the money."

"I just bought a 2008 HHR SS and a new filter for it. It makes a difference in acceleration and a few more horsepower. I am not sure about the gas mileage yet, so I will assume it will help that out. I have bought a K&N for all the cars have owned and own. Excellent filter will keep buying them."

"Since replacing my Fram paper air filter with the K&N filter, I have noticed an improvement in accerleration and slight improvement in gas mileage with my 1997 Toyota Tacoma pickup. In combination with new Iridian spark plugs, it probably runs better than the privious 8 years I have owned the vehicle. I wish I'd known about these filters years ago. From now on, all my future vehicles will have a K&N air filter. Buy one - you won't regret it."

"Everyone of my cars over the last 15 or so years have had a K&N Air Filter. They are quality built, add a bit of horsepower and last forever. Can't beat that. Not to mention they only have to be serviced every 30,000 miles, depending on conditions, of course. David <"

"I installed the K&N filter on my 2000 Ford Ranger with 140,000 miles. I noticed immediate acceleration. My first tank of gas showed an increase of 1 MPG. The next 3 tanks of gas showed an increase of 2-3.5 MPG. Wish I had found this filter long ago."

"Maybe I am prejudgiced, but I have K&N filters in all my vehicles? I could notice the sound of my exhaust change as soon as I installed the new air filter. I could also feel a difference in the acceleration rate."
