"i have never bought a k&n product before but have always heard about them. well i was extremely impressed. i own a 2008 impala ss and at first i was getting 26 mpg when i set it at cruise on 70 well now i get about 32-33 mpg going 70. its also a little more responsive when i hit the gas. overall it was a great product and i would recommend it to anyone"

Change from standard paper to K & N air filter

"I have recently replaced my OEM paper air filters with K & N air filters in both of my cars. The 2004 Mazda Miata jumped from 28 to 30 mpg for around town driving. The 2007 Nissan Altima, 3.5SL jumped from 22.5 to 24 around town. I am very pleased with the increase in milage. It is too soon to say anything about increases in performance at this time."

"Installed easily on my 07 Honda CRV. Vehicle definetly shows more Horsepower and runs great. (Still a little early to tell if gas mileage has improved.This car is difficult to find a filter for with out purchasing one from Honda. I am happy with the purchase."

"Easy to install. Just four screws and a simple drop in. Mileage increased immedialty in town from 19 MPG to a liitle over 20. Mileage on a 300 mile trip went from 23.5 MPG to over 25. I have owned five different K&N filters on various vehicles over the last 10 years and all have improved the performance of the vehicle. Excellent product and highly recommended."

"K&N Filters are a high quality replacement for stock OE filters and have a great warranty. I use K&N in all of my vehicles and reccomend K&N to all of my customers. And since these are washable, they are the last air filter you will ever need to buy for your vehicle! Jason"

"Well i installed the air filter, it was very easy. Right away i noticed that the car had better acceleration, and the idle was about 300rpm lower than with a paper filter. Also i have ran about 3 tanks of gas through it, and I am getting about 2-3 mpg better gas mileage. I am about to buy another one for my other car!"

"I've used K&N in most of my previous sports cars and performance sedans with excellent results (particulary when paired-up with a free-flowing exhaust updgrade). Given the skyrocketing cost of fuel, I decided to try one in my wifes's '08 Mazda CX-9. To my surprise, the filter resulted in an immediate increase of 2 mpg (mixed loop), and a "seat-of-the-pants" gain in low end acceleration. The 3.7L six even seems to idle a bit quieter. At this rate, payback on the investment in the filter will arrive in 2 1/2 months."

"First time I have put a K & N filter into a car but having bought the car used and noticing it needed a new filter, I thought now was the time to check them out. So far, I notice it has added to the power and acceleration but that could have been just replacing a dirty filter with a clean one. All the same, I am very happy with this filter and it will be good to see how it compares over the life of the car with the disposable, paper filters."
