"I wanted to keep my 2007 shelby cobra GT500 stock, and instead of installing a cold air kit, (which everybody & their dog is doing), I decided simply to swap my stock filter with a K&N filter. That way I'm not modifying anything, and can install stock filter in 30 seconds if need be. I love my car, and I'vc used K&N for over 20 years. Best regards!"

"This was the indicated filter for my Subaru Loyale 1992 with 1800cc engine. It was a little too large to get into the air box. Two metal rods made installation a bit more than a little trimming. I did get it in. Now my biggest problem is keeping my foot off the gas. I travel mostly in 5th gear and highway speeds. I was getting pretty interesting gas milage before putting in the K&N, I am looking foward to seeing the difference. Should have gotten the filter long ago."

"Just dropped it in 7/6/08 you can here the turbo spool-up as well as feel more mid range pull ,Ive always used K&N on all of my cars & trucks . Best price I could find Thanks again Mark from Michigan"

"I have drove my car approximately 500 miles since i put in the air filter. And i guess as of right now i have not noticed any difference in gas millage but i have noticed a increase in HP. It has much better on the dime acceleration."

Gas mileage up 10%

"I read online that a performacne air filter could improve gas mileage. A few car-mechanic forums seemed to confirm it and I saw K&N mentioned a lot. K&N had a stock filter that would fit my Honda Accord without any modifaction, so I bought one for $38 with free shipping. I had already measured my car's gas mileage with the old filter. After 300+ miles, or highway, small road, AC running,a nd AC off, it got 23.# mpg. As soon as I installed the K&N air filter, I reset the trip odometer, and after 250 miles, it measured out to getting 25.7 mpg. 10% more. At 10%, this $40 filter will pay itself off after $400 gallons of gas. or about 2,400 miles for my car's mpg. I figure I probably drive that distance in 2 months (thanks to having no work commute). So after that time the filter will have paid itself off, and my car will get an extra 30 miles of driving from each tank of gas. A few other factors.. the future cost of air filter oil when I clean and re-oil the filter. the benefit of the engine getting more air for it's 'health' The filter was easy to instal and took a few minutes. Pop the hood, unscrew 4 screws, remove old filter, put in new filter, screw the screws back, close the hood. I'm recommending perfomrance air filters to all my friends and family. For anyone who'll have their vehicle for longer than a 1-3 months, a $40 performance filter will result in a savings in gas cost."

"First tank after replacing my factory air filter, some 17,000 miles aged, I increased my mileage from 18.8 mpg to over 22!!!!!!!!!!! Actually, I then increased tire pressure from 32 psig to 38-40 and boosted mileage to an unbelievable 25 mpg. So, I owe all this future savings (and with the price of gas currently at $4.27 per gal and rising), I need every advantage I can get. I subsequently purchased a K&N air filter for my wife's Vibe, as well. BUY A $50 K&N and save $20+ per month!!!"

"I love 'em, everthing I own has one except for my lawn mower and weed whacker. Just wish they were a little less expensive. I'm an Amsoil dealer, and we sell EA air and oil filters, and they seem very good, but we didn't list one for this new car yet. Oh well."

"I didn't believe the air filter can make such different before I actually install it to my 3.0 Liter V6 2000 Honda Accord. It's great, I can feel the power boost right after the installation. You can feel the power when you hit the gas, and it picks up faster than it used to be. Go get it if you don't mind your car going faster!!"

"Why wouldn't you use K&N Air Filters? they're better for your vehicle, save you money in the long run. Keep you from constant changing of air filters and give you more HP. I also notice better mpg. I've had one in my Camaro since the year 2000, and am getting this one for my Dodge Ram."
