"I purchased this filter for a 02 mustang gt, and i really liked the way the vehicle performs as far as responsiveness in acceleration, I have a throtle body spacer and now with the filter my car runs even better, it adds like 2-3 horsepower i recommend this filter to everyone"

"it was so easy to install it, once i installed it i run a couple of minutes on the freeway and made a 4000rpm almost close to redline but i never felt the engine is helpless. it was so strong and has a good deep sound even if you don't install a catback exhaust. i suggest to install a tornado fuel saver too"

"Noticed a difference right away with this easy upgrade to a stock air filter. The car seemed to accelerate with a slight less hesitation. I'm sure the cost over time compared to a standard air filter will pay for itself. Excellent construction and if you aren't upgrading to the full CAI system this is a good alternative."

"2001 Ford Mustang Auto. GT convert. Purchased K and N FIPK 2 and paired it up with Professional Products plenum and throttle body. Wow, did it bring my auto. to life! I finally can tell I have a V8 under my hood and it doesn't drive like a family sadan. Def. recommend purchase of K and N along with a good plenum/throttle body. Made a world of difference! "I'm quite pleased with the filter. I now have K&N filters for our three cars (the 'Stang was the last). I don't think I've seen any improvement in acceleration, fuel economy etc. but they are more economical and environmentally friendly than paper filters. Plus they're still Made in the USA."

"For a few dollars more than the stock paper filter you get lifetime protection and an instant increase in overall MPG. It makes no sense to use the factory replacement."
