Green Air Filters Customer Reviews

More and more people are going with lifetime reusable Green Air Filters. And, that's leaving OEM and other aftermarket air filters, well, green with envy.
It's not just the handsome looks or the refined European styling that's attracting attention. The Green Air Filter simply traps more dirt, fits better and has greater airflow than the competition. And that translates to more power, longer engine life and better fuel economy.
Green Filters uses two layers of woven cotton. The first layer boasts a medium knit that traps bigger chunks of engine-choking filth. The second features a super-fine weave that captures particles down to 5 microns.
The fabric is deeply pleated to create more dirt-snagging surface area. A stiff, green-toned stainless steel mesh protects the cotton filter medium, so Green Filters last virtually forever. The special hand-molded rubber base creates an airtight seal with your filter box keeping the muck out. Backed by a lifetime warranty. Go Green!

fit perfectly right in the stock airbox, the open end lined right up with the hole in airbox, minimal intake noise gains without an aftermarket air intake tube though, to my disappointment, good product though, would recommend if you'd like air intake noise on the ST without compromise in performance, get a filter like this along with the aftermarket intake tube and airbox.

Great replacement for the factory filter, built well to last a long time and AutoAonything had the best price I could find, the filter really lets the car breathe and I can hear the turbo boost return valve doing its job now.

Didn't notice any performance improvement, fuel mileage increase or any other benefit. Pretty steep price for just not having to buy replacment paper filters. Oh yeah, I guess they want me to buy their cleaner & oil now too??

The filter had a little dent in the leading edge, but shouldn't be an issue. You can hear the intake noise more and it sounds great. I do believe that my efficiency has improved as well when I drive carefully I have achieved 35-36 mpg on a few tanks of fuel calculating my MPG...

Biggest pros are the increased air intake over stock filter and the awesome sound on acceleration. The BPV is very audible. Haven't noticed any performance gains yet. Easy to install, took 10 minutes. Filter looked to be of high quality out of the box. Overall I'm happy I got it.

My wife is the heavy footed-speed driver over here. Since installing the green filter, she is a lot more delicate with the throttle because the car "whips around" (her words) too quickly for her liking. That says something right there...btw Green does not have a default filter for my 2009 Altima (2.5) so I ordered part #:7171. The fit was a bit tight, but it works and the job is done.
