I finally installed the aFe filter. Easy install in the CC, compared to the surface area of the paper air filter I can see how this really improves air flow. I have noticed increase peppiness in the engine and increase passing power at higher revs. I have also seen some improved in my gas mileage as well.

Although loyal to K&N over the years, thought I would try aFe based description and price. I am impressed with the quality of the product which is clearly as good or better than K&N.

Throttle response is more responsive from get go to passing speed after the install. I installed the AFE filter right before my trip and noted better fuel mileage - 6 gallons for 220 miles round trip. You have to get it to get from AutoAnything for the best deal and service.

I was a bit skeptical when reading the reviews on this air filter and about the increase in gas mileage that people claimed. I have been through two tanks of gas since installing the filter and have found my mpg is approx. 3-4 mpg higher. I find that more than acceptable and combining that with the fact that this is the last air filter I will have to purchase for the car makes it well worth the cost.

Installed AFE drop in filter on my 2011 Subaru Outback for 2 tankfuls and already see 2 mile per gallon increase. I noticed some extra get up and go as well. This will pay off in a very short time. Well but AFE to all my future vehicles. AutoAnything was great and very fast shipping. Cheapest around and I do research before I buy. Thanks AutoAnything!!
