"Just put the intake on my 2006 Magnum R/T. Can't really feel any low-end power increase but on the hwy, I have a lot more passing power. Installation was not as easy as advertised. The O2 sensor is almost impossible to remove from the stock intake without cutting the rubber. Overall, well made product and dresses up the engine bay."

"The look of this thing after i installed it was something else, it just makes the diffrence from stock to not. the only thing i like better that letting my friends check it out is the feeling i get when i punch it getting the fwy. your gonna love this."

"Recently I had the pleasure of meeting a fellow Jeep enthusiast; who suggested I purchase and install an AEM Brute Force cold air intake on my 1998 Jeep TJ. I’m not the type to just get online a buy the first one I find. AutoAnything.com made this task extremely simple… they had the best price out there. I was very impressed with the shipping time and the email communications. The evening I found the package on my front porch was the evening I installed it. Installation was a cinch, great instructions (written & illustrated), and most of all… all the parts I needed were in the kit. About an hour later, I was out of the garage on a road test. The first thing I noticed was the increase in power. Definitely gave my TJ a zip. Now as far as gas mileage… I’m trying to maintain my discipline on this second tank of fuel since the install. The first tank of fuel I didn’t even bother to compute due to the fact I was too fascinated with the unique roar of the intake when I’d stomp the 4.0 to the floor, just awesome. If I maintain the gas mileage I had before I’d honestly be thrilled. The increase in horsepower, the impact it has on my engine appearance and the impressive tone makes it all worthwhile to me. I would absolutely suggest this particular kit to fellow passionate Jeep enthusiasts."

"Not many miles on this product but if i keep my foot out of it it seems to help the mpg`s or is that just keeping my foot out of it.Full exhaust and a hypertech is next."

"This is my second AEM Bruteforce CAI and it opened up my 98 ram. My other one is on my 2004 Ram Rumble Bee. I love it and everyone I know raves on apperance and performance. I really love the sound change, it really sounds great on both trucks. I will never buy a different brand. Highly recommended to all!!!"

"Item was in stock and arrived in 2 days, install was easy, instuctions were very accurate took maybe 45 min max. looks sharp, clean, and fit tight but well. ordered this brand because of very informative video on purchase link and that the parts were metal rather than plastic and that it is a dry filter system! sounds great with magnaflow muffler, increased power and acceleration, last trip with hwy speeds of 55,65, and 75 over 300 miles came in at 12.76mph with rowboat on top and loaded with gear. pricing seemed to beat every other item found and was lucky enough to have a 10% promo code and FREE shipping. I like everything about it so far and would order again!"

"I recently purchased this intake to replace the only part of my engine I could not keep clean. I have not noticed any significant increase in power but I still feel like i have benefited from installing this intake and it looks sweet under the hood. My ride is a 2002 ford ranger"

"Love hearing the rumble in high accelating. I can't tell much difference in gas milage since I like to have throttle down just to hear the noise. Great price for what I got and looks nice and slick under the hood. Installation was just to easy. The noise with a good quality exhaust was even better on the road. I recommend it to anyone."

"looks great. goes on easy except for a few directions were left out. if your not mechanically enclined then dont even think about it. not as much added power that i thought. not even noticable. have yet to tow a trailer."

"I JUST GOT DONE INSTALLING THE BRUTE FORCE INTAKE ,AND LET ME TELL YOU,ITS A REAL DIFFERENCE TO THE LOW &MID RANGE POWER BAND,OF MY 2004 4.0 JEEP WRANGLER THE FUEL ECON.WAS NEVER GREAT BUT I GET ABOUT 23 MORE MILES PER TANKFULL BUT ITS HARD TO KEEP MY FOOT OUT OF IT BECAUSE THE SOUND IT HAS NOW .THE KIT WAS VERY EASY TO INSTALL DIRECTIONS WERE SIMPLE AND CLEAR, MY WIFE COULD DO IT!MY KIT CAME WITH A THROTTLE BODY SPACER,IT ALSO LOOKS GREAT UNDER THE HOOD. "I installed the AEM Brute Force Air Intake on my 2003 Silverado Z71 1500...took me about an hour from start to finish, it is very easy to install. Took it out for a drive and I instantly felt more power when you get on it. As far as MPG's, I do get better mileage, but I have a lead foot so theres not to much more!!! Very happy with the product and very fast shipping!!!"

"after instaling the intake i noticed a big difference in how my jeep accelerated, also it has a great sound. the instructions were not very detailed and a few steps were out of order. it was a bit of a hassel, but i eventually got it. overall i give this product a 9 out of 10. only because of the instructinos."

"This cold air intake system is simply the best. Easy to install and even easier to maintane, no oil to spray on the filter after it's cleaned. The truck runs great and sounds even better. I love to open the hood and show my friends what I got under there. The engine ROARS when you get on it and the truck leaps into accelleration. I would recommend an AEM to everyone."

"Dont even think just buy it. bought this intake a month ago for my 08 4.0 mustang and right when i drove i could feel the difference. When you step on it you can hear the intake sucking in the air hard. this product is worth the price, trust me."

AEM intake on '02 Ranger

"Installed Brute Force intake on my 02 Ranger 4.0 V-6, the instructions were easy to follow with pictures and easy steps to follow. Took about 45 minutes to take stock parts off and install new intake. Drove the truck and now get 20.7 MPG. I was getting a consistant 17-18 before. It really works to increase MPG. It sounds pretty cool as well, sort of like a turbo that diesels have. The only possible downside to the intake is I don't know how it will do when it rains and driving on wet roads. Overall I am very glad I bought this product."

"Install is easy, took about 5 min to do. At first glance after install the aluminum looks good under the hood. I'm eager to see how the dry flow filter will hold up, but it should filter better than K&N or other brands and let air in good. For those who don't know, hold a K&N type brand up to the light and see how much crap is passing through lol. I say AEM price for design is way better than others 300 to 400 for plastic and metal? AutoAnything is the lowest price I could find without going through a distributor myself, "hassle". GREAT Company! Will order from A.A. again. The Sound it makes when giving it gas is nice! you can hear the whistle of the vortec intake more but I recommend to reprogram the computer though to get the optimal performance. Works real well when you upgrade the injectors which is my next plan."

"Brute Force intake was easy to install, except for replacing the fuse block bolt. Due to the minimal amount of room, dexterity and improvisation was required. Power increase by seat of the pants feel is great. Mileage increase hasn't been checked yet. Overall, this seems to be a very good system."
