"Definitely more response, but lost passing gear at higher speeds. The vehicle shifts sooner when I get on it. However I have not missed the passing gear, because of the power provided by AEM intake. It would have been a very easy installation with better instructions. I have gotten at least the same gas mileage. It will get better, once I am used to the increased horse power. I highly recommend the AEM Brute Force Air Intake."

"The AEM Brute Air Intake improved everything from the appearance of the engine bay to midrange torque and horsepower, all the while with a decent increase in gas mileage, not to mention the nice sound. Only complaint is the fitment of the system, some real tight fits and trouble with positioning the filter, but overall very impressed."

"I own a 2003 Ford with the 7.3 liter disel motor. I also have a Super Chip installed. I noticed right away a boost in the over all performance in my truck espically when i hauled anything. I thought i might notice a little differance but not as much as what i was expecting. Very happy with my purchase!!"

"The AEM Brute Force Air Intake was super easy to install. The instructions were fantastic, and all the parts fit with no need for modification or forcing. The finish on the metal tubes is awesome, and it adds a nice touch to the engine compartment. All the material appears to be high quality, and no defects were noted. Although the quality is great, the design is fairly simple, and the seems a little high for what little material is involved. Overall, I am very pleased with the air intake. I hope the fuel savings and extra power meets the claims."

"Installation was very simple. Took less than an hour. The intake looks good under the hood, and has a good sound to it. Too soon to tell if I'm getting better gas mileage, but power seems to have increased."

"I installed this on my truck after being let down a little by my previouos purchases of a Flowmaster cat back system and a Hypertech Programmer. But as soon as I installed the Brute Force system it all came alive. This is a must have with programmers!"

"The name says it all. Looks great and sound awesome (sounds like a super charger under the hood). I did notice that I lost some power on low rpm but gain some in high rpm. Once my dual exhaust arrives, hope that'll change."

"I have only had these on the vehicles for a couple of weeks. I did see some increase in mileage on the Jeep (about 1.5 per gal). As well as an increase in HP, but don’t know how much. The Ford, I have not had a chance to check the mileage; it only gets about 11 on a normal run empty anyway. Don’t know the HP difference, but on the Ford it did seem to have more torque & HP. I pull a 27’ 5th-wheel. I think the AEM helped on the pulling."

"The AEM Brute Force was very easy to install, less than an hour. The quality of the kit is good and the instructions were easy to follow. I like the deep bass tone when accelerating. Makes the Magnaflow mufflers sound more deeper. Slight improvements in torque and hp. Haven't notice any improvement in gas mileage. Bottom line, I like it."

"So far the intake is working well and I feel a little difference in performance but yet to see naything at the pump. Assembly of the intake was a little bit difficult but needed to make a little modifications but still fit. Overall its okay"

"The intake was a good value and has increased the performance of my truck nicely. Installation was fairly easy with one exception: The rubber mounting bumper with bolts on each end is poorly designed. The bolts should be larger in diameter so they don't break off when you tighten them under the fender. I would consider making the rubber bumper with just a hole in it and a seperate 1/4" diameter all thread bolt with fender and lock washers and nuts for both ends. Thanks. Mike "

"The insallation was pretty easy and took me about 45min from start to finish. I'm getting on average 2 more miles to the gallon and the horse power and torque is nice also. highly recomended."

"SO much better than stock on my 08' liberty. had to do one minor change but it fits and runs great. installed along with a arraid throttle body spacer. got 2.5 more miles per gallon on highway and the throttle response is much more sensitive. WORTH EVERY PENNY!"

"First of all, ordering from AutoAnything was very easy, and shipping was fast. When I recieved the intake, I installed it right away. It came with excellent instructions for the install, so install was a breeze. I immediatly noticed a change in response and power. It has a really nice tone and hum, especially at around 2500 rpms. Over the next 2 fill ups at the gas station, I noticed I was getting better gas milage out of the truck to. It suprised me because I have been putting the pedal to the floor since I got the intake. I love the way this thing roars!"
