"great price, directions say it takes 90 minutes, it took about 45, at best, sounds terrific on the truck, it may improve the gas mileage if i could keep my foot out of the gas"

"The AEM Brute Force is a great intake system. Sounds great and performs great. Easy install in less then 30 minutes. I have had several AEM intakes on prevous cars and truck and everyone has been perfect. The dryflow filter is alot easier to clean and you dont have to worry about over oiling and messing up your MAF sensor. Buy it you will love it."

"I put this intake on a gmc canyon and got a throaty sound with the help of a gibson exaust. Would recomend this to anyone wanting a better responce to those higher rpms."

"Not bad. Pretty easy to install. It makes a difference but not as much as I thought it would, I also thought it would make a louder noise than it does also. I tighten eveything up but can here the heat shield rattle at times and they left out a couple screws bolts and washers."

"I was very pleased with my purchase from auto anything, shipping was prompt and the ease of installing my intake was a plus!!!!!, the power was imediately felt and the saving on gas was noticeable in a couple of fill ups, i would definitly reorder from auto anything and would highly recomend them to any one else!!!!!!!"

"Hey guys, This system sounds good and took the whistle out of hard acceleration. Haven't seen any change in Miles Per Gallon. Truck has a little more boost in power. I would however advise anyone putting this system in to please follow the instructions carefully. Please look at each picture with ease. Price was awesome and well, it just makes me wanted go out and drive. Thanks for the great product."

"The biggest pain was getting the stock air box out of my 05 6.0 engine compatment.The brute went right in no problems.with stock air box I was getting 16mpg now with the brute air cleaner I'm getting 19+mpg for all of 30 min.You can hear the turbo more,and little more snap in the passing. Over all a good buy.My brute did not come looking like the pic's no air dam. over all pretty good."

"I purchased the AEM brute force intake, for my 99 ranger (4.0L). The install was very easy and the look and sound is great. Not sure on mpg gain with CAI, I'm hoping for atleast 2 mpg increase."

"The installation was reatively easy, it the instruction were very clear and easy to follow. The complete job took a little more than an hour. My milage improved by 1.5 GPM's. It also sounds great when I kick it into passing gear."

"Kit was very easy to install and it looks great. I installed a programmer along with the intake, now I can't keep my foot out of it. Have not noticed any gains in MPG, but I have not given it a chance to drive normal. I would recomend this product to all my friends. The only thing that could be better is if the intake came with a cleaning kit for the filter!"

"I ordered the AEM Brute Force the same evening we brought home a used 05 Durango Limited HEMI. After reading several positive reviews and finding a reasonable price, the kit was on its way. Installation took less than two hours start to finish with very good instructions and lots of photos. The difference in weight was amazing! The stock intake must weight 3 times as much as the AEM Brute. The AEM kit looks great and sounds even better. I love the sound!! I did not drive the Durango long enough with the stock intake to notice any other possible improvements in power or change in MPG’s. MPG’s will go down for me since I love to mash the throttle and hear that HEMI sing."

"Well I have been using the Brute Force Intake for about 2 weeks and have really noticed a big increase in take off performance and when I really get into it on the freeway. Gas mileage I really can't say cause since I have installed it I really get into it...and makes the exhaust sound that much better. I don't have any intake noise as well coming from the intake/or either I can't hear it."

"Living in an area with a lot of hills, noticed an instant improvement over the factory air box, which had so many bends and the intake duct looked like the size of a ATM card slot. It is louder than the OEM air box, but the overall performance makes it well worth the money. Gained another 1-2 mpg which is always good."

"Easy & quick install, even for idiots(can you read pictures?). Quiet at idle, nice sound and quicker response when I get on the throttle. I don't know about saving gas because I drive faster all of the time now! Great product and no oil to deal with!"

"I like this product very much. It looks good, gave me some extra power, improved my gas miliage, and sounds good. Installing it wasn't too bad except the step by step instructions were out of order so we took a few figuring it out and it gave me too small of a clamp so I had to go out and buy a new one, but these were minor things. I would recommend this to anyone."
