"2006 GMC Canyon 5 cylander Easy install (about an hour), not sure how it affected my gas mileage. Makes my truck sound more throaty though. Overall, it was a good buy."

"I put this intake on a gmc canyon and got a throaty sound with the help of a gibson exaust. Would recomend this to anyone wanting a better responce to those higher rpms."

"The AEM Brute Force air intake has improved the power and torque of my 2005 GMC Canyon. It has brought the power range down a little into the lower RPM's which was what I wanted. It has also helped with fuel mileage."

"It was very easy to install. It has a great sound to it. It sounds like an old style 4 barrel carb going into wide open throttle. I also have the Gibson cat back exhaust."

"The installation took about one hour. I was impressed with fit and finish. The two small clamps for the smaller hose were a pain because they were such a tight squeeze to get on. The truck feels more powerful in the high RPM band and sounds alot tougher there also. Gas mileage looks like it will be slightly better. I would buy this product again."

"This intake lets you know it's there when your open up the throttle. Even on a small V-8 the RPMs come up quicker. I've noticed 1 MPG in the city more since install but haven't taken a long trip with is yet. Best price on the internet I could find. The discounts make it worth trying."
