"Super easy install. I am no mechanic and this only took me just over an hour to completely remove my old one and install the AFE. I could notice increase in performance right away. Quicker response at acceleration. Sounds awesome when you step on it. Did not see much of an increase in gas mileage."

"I am enjoying my AFE intake system. Seems like more power, sounds good, too early to tell if gas mileage improved. I phoned in and asked if the kit was compatible w/2008 Yaris Sedan w/AT. Was told that it was. (Several other brands I had shopped stated for standard trans only.) I was able to adapt this to fit, but had to make a couple mods. The 90 degree 1/2 in. hose barb fitting for the crankcase breather would kink the hose. I bought a straight one which made the hose fit much better. I also had to bush the 5/8" hose to fit the 1/2" fitting. Your instructions said to tighten the 5/8" hose onto the 1/2" fitting...come on.... bad fit! The last mod was to make a bracket to mount the vacuum switching device to. I suppose it could have been tie-wrapped to the air intake pipe, but this is much neater. None of this is major, but does add considerably to installation time."

"My AFE Cold Air Intake arrived in very short order from AutoAnything. Instalation strait forward, all that was needed was a nut driver and about 10 mins. Don't know about seat of your pants performance,My truck does seem to have a bit more power, less down shifting on hills,and goes a little farther on a tank of gas. Have not filled up since I put the intake system on, Will be doing so in a few days and getting some real numbers,so far I am pleased with this product and if you are looking for a performance boost I think The AFE cold air intake from AutoAnything is a good way to go."

"Intake was easy to install and gave my 04 F250 better throtlle response and more overall power. The intake even makes the diesel sound better. I can feel and hear the engine sucking the air. Overall good product. I would advise anyone to buy this intake over a K@N, much better price."

"Very easy to install, took about 40 minutes. Increased throttle response, too soon to tell about fuel increase. I do like the dry filter element as it keeps the oil that other filters use from fouling the sensors. Less smoke on acceleration, throaty sound. Exceedes my expectations!"

"Before I put in the aFe intake had a D-40 flowmaster installed about a year ago, I noticed a good increase in mileage 1.5 to 2 mpg. I decided to do the intake for more mileage, and I have run one tank with an increase of about 2.5 mpg. on top of that the sound is amazing in the higher RPM. I would buy it again."

"I put this cold air intake on my 2008.5 Nissan Titan. There has been a noticeable increase in power. Sound is only increased under heavy acceleration. Overall I'm very pleased with it, especially the looks. However, my previous vehicle (2005 Ram Hemi) produced night and day results after installing an intake. This truck wasn't quite that profound. Installation couldn't have been easier and the overall look is very clean and nice. Small difference in gas mileage, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 per gallon. Would highly recommend."

"The installation was incredibly easy, it took me only about 20 minutes to get it installed. On the test drive I could already feel the increase in power and an all around better feel since my truck was able to "breathe" better. It beefed up the sound of my magnaflow exhaust as well. And lastly it increase my fuel economy by about 1.5 mpg average between both city and highway driving. I was averaging about 11.5 mpg before and after the instal it was around 12.5-13 mpg. Very good product!"

"My 2500hs Duramax is my daily driver and weekend racer. AFE stage 2 was deffinatly the right choice for the buck! Easy to install and the best part is with the filter cover I can take off the head light to get even more air flowing to the turbo. #1 Choice if your looking for great performance for a diesel!!!!!"

"amazing intake. Its massive and gives your car a beautiful growl when you accelerate!. my mpgs went up 2.6 mpgs my car feels lighter and more responsive. im averaging around 18.5 mpgs on the freeway which is pretty good for a 2001 dodge durango with a v8 so im very happy. good buy would recommend to anyone. and once again thanks autoanything for the fast delivery came the next day after it shipped!."

"I installed the intake 2 weeks ago and it was a good investment. Provides a more performance sound with WOT and offers quicker acceleration. Have not checked MPG, but I am going to assume there will be a slight increase. The fit is pretty good, however the hose they provided me was not long enough. Easy fix though. Picked another one up for $3. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase and would buy AFE again."
