"The install was easy with guided pictures. Everything fit just as expected. The EGT is down a little and the boost is up more. Definitely a must for any kind of aftermarket programer."

"Ok, the instructions could be a little better written, and a bit clearer about where the spacer goes.After install (glad I keep extra screws on hand)I did not think much of the outcome at the lower end. After a 575 mile trip the computer re-adjusted itself and I am very happy with both low end and upper RPM's.When you get on it while passing, the vehicle you are passing knows you are coming! A bit on the loud side, but what the ---- the added HP is nice. I can not speak of any better MPG yet. Still breaking in the engine so I'll hope I get a little better and enjoy it either way!"

"This was our first cold air kit purchase. I am very happy with the quality of the kit, and all the parts. The new dry flow filter is great. Initially the throttle response was a great improvement, and sounds good too. Have noticed a mild improvement in MPG's"

"I purchased a tuner for my car which gave a good increase in performance, but with the install of the AFE cold air intake system and the tune the performance gain is fantastic. I would recoment the intake to anyone looking in increase the performance of their Mustang"

"I like the fact that it came with a pre-fab cold air box making it smog legal. I've seen minimal mileage increase but I can feel it in the seat. the air filter assembly was relatively simple to install. The only problem that I had was the gasket surface of the filter housing is rounded making it difficult to mate the intake and gasket to the air cleaner assembly."

"Installation was very easy and the instructions are pretty straight forward.My truck does seem to have more responsiveness to the throttle now. Gas mileage hasn't really improved,but still checking it. Overall I am happy with the product."

"Delivered very quickly and fitting took about 1 hour, this would have been quicker but I to enlarge one hole next to the battery to re-aline the fixing bolt correctly. Only had it on for a week but have notice a slight increase in gas mileage when towing, over all very impressed with this product"

"I bought the AFE cold air intake with the JET performance chip. I have installed two other K&N air filters on other vehicles. This was by far the easiest. Nice deep thoaty sound without the sucking noise at low RPMs. I was looking for fuel economy and that is what we got. We were about 12.8 in the city and 15.7 on the highway. We now get 15.2 in the city and 19.5 highway. I would recommend this to everyone who would listen."

"you are going to love this intake. the intallation was very easy. the only hard part was taking the old one out. you have to remove the windshield washer fluid reservoir to get to the bottom bolt. other than that. very big power gain noticed. also no annoying noise that so many complain about when putting in a new CAI. how fun and i high recomend this product."

"Put this intake on and it was a little loud as with all intakes at first, once the ECU adjusted to the new intake it's quiet until you stomp on it, then a throaty growl flows out the front end, it's also helped my fuel economy as well, I'm filling up at the pump a little less often. Great product bolts right on without any modification and it's well constructed as well as keeping a stock like appearance."

"I purchased a stage II AFE Cold Air Intake, honestly one of the best things I did for my F250 Diesel. It came alive and really helped the fuel mileage. It had about a 2 mpg gain and with the chip installed from bully dog I get around 21mpg in town. Only problem I had was when I tried to bolt the housing to the tube the pre-taped holes were crushed so I had to re-tap the holes. no biggie just took a little bit of time. Other than that it was a breeze. About 45 minutes start to finish if I didnt have to tap the holes."

"After installing I noticed a substantial increse in torque and power. Unfortunately My gas mileage did not improve at all. I was dissapointed at that but otherwise I am happy with the purchace. Only took me about twenty minutes to install. Thanks"

"Simple install, unbolt intake hose from throttle body, and one body on radiator support, then the entire stock system pulls out. Just as simple install. Disconnected the battery for the computer to relearn. Sounds awesome from 5000 rpm to redline :)"

"This intake is much more than I expected. I installed it in a half hour by myself with no problems whatsoever and it has been amazing. During everyday driving, I can hear it breathing easier with a subtle sound. I conducted a fuel economy test before and after the installation of the intake and i gained .5 MPG, which isn't amazing, but the power increase is definitely impressive. I can feel the difference in torque, and when i reach 4000 RPMs, the engine just SCREAMS! I love it!"

"A great intake for a slightly elevated price. Does NOT fit Chargers properly. Even the "new design" tube hits the hood slightly - making noise and rubbing off the paint. The included bolts are too short by about 1/8", making installation a chore. Needs some minor redesigns to work out all the bugs, but it has a great sound and a great look."

"I let a Professional install my intake. The price was the best I could find anywhere, Autoanything.com had everyone beat by at least a $100 or more. I gained about 2MPG off the bat, but I haven't used a full tank with it yet. Also pulled a trailer with the new intake, work really well. I got the AFE Stage 2 intake with yellow filter."

"I installed the AFE cold air intake on my 2005 Dodge Ram Quad cab. My Dodge has the 4.7 V8. I have had the air intake on for about a week and I already notice better throttle response and better gas mileage. Great product that I highly recommend."
