Easy installation and adds a little bit of sound when getting on the gas. Only problem, had to trim the heat shield to fit in my 04 f150.

this brute force air intake is better than any other cold air intake i have ever used. it definitely beats k and n hands down as i have owned several on different trucks. if you are looking for performance and good looks, this brute force is the whole package.

The AEM Brute Force Air Intake was super easy to install. The instructions were fantastic, and all the parts fit with no need for modification or forcing. The finish on the metal tubes is awesome, and it adds a nice touch to the engine compartment. All the material appears to be high quality, and no defects were noted. Although the quality is great, the design is fairly simple, and the seems a little high for what little material is involved. Overall, I am very pleased with the air intake. I hope the fuel savings and extra power meets the claims.

I was apprehensive about installing this myself because I have zero mechanical ability. However it was simple, very easy to do. The pick up off the line is fantastic, and I love the extra roar it gives off. I already had the exhaust changed to K&N dualies, so it is very throaty now. Highly recommend this add on to anyone.
