I have purchased AEM for two of my previous vehicles in the past, so I wasn't expecting any surprises. However When I received this product I was shocked to see that the filter was made by K&N. If I wanted a K&N product I would have purchased one. I live in Canada so returning the product is a nightmare. Please post on your sight in the description that the filter is made by K&N so there are no surprises for other customers.

I had a little trouble keeping the filter on the end of the pipe. I would leave and come back in a little bit and the filter would nearty be off. Baybe I titen the clamp too much. The pipe is so slick with the powder coaded paint that the rubber would not grip and would slice off. I finaly took the pipe off and used a three corner file and scored the pipe where the rubber gasket fits and then I had no trouble with it slipping off. Iike the bigger filter and I get one or two more mile per gallon. I had all the power I needed, but was more worried about dirt in the small filter that came on the truck.
