So I thought I'd take a chance and install this before I went the distance on the cold air thing... I had just bought the 1991 mustang LX convertible... and I wanted to free up some ponies... This cheap mod was a good move! The intake of air was immediately evident over the cheap paper filter that came in the car (and it was NEW!) So, yes.. buy this!

This is awesome..I will never again buy another paper air filter. When I first installed my new K&N Air Filter I noticed a big difference in the stability on how my 88' Ford Thunderbird engine breathe's on the highway and its amazing! Thanks AutoAnything!

This was my fifth K&N air filter purchase, and I think all of them from Auto Anything. I now have them in all of my vehicles (1992 Mustang GT, 2006 Jeep Liberty, 2000 Chrysler Concorde, 1999 Dodge Durango) and a former vehicle (1997 Dodge Intrepid) still has it's K&N in it, with the current owner. I haven't had enough drive time to know if there's been a significant change in performance (acceleration or MPG) in the Mustang, but there was a noticeable improvement in throttle response on the Jeep and Chrysler. Auto Anything prices continue to be competitive. For around 50 bucks, I figure the K&N filters are a price-conscious (potential) performance boost for any vehicle.

I love K & N Air Filters. I've put them in each car I've had and mileage went up as much as 5 miles per gallon and performance improved. The newest purchase went into an '89 Mustang 5.0 that has 13,000 miles on it. I've only ran one tank of gas through it so far but know performance is better.

I notice a little more power off the jump in my Mustang GT after installing my new K&N Air Filter. I recommend the purchase of this product as a low cost increase of HP to your car. -Anthony
