I have used K&N Air Filters for years in all my cars; from the cold air system on both the '96 T-Bird and the '01 Mustang SVT Cobra to the OEM replacement model for the '97 Mountaineer and the '00 Audi A4. They have always increased HP and have saved money because they are cleanable and re-useable. The best way to go.

These are quality filters, no doubt. The fit is slightly off compared to the genuine dealer filter for my car, but it gets in the air box and stays there, so it gets the job done.

Very pleased with the filter. I've always used K&N filters in the past but w/ vehicles not having a MAF sensor in the air intake. For this car I have now, I was skeptical at first after reading some claims of problems the K&N oil caused to the MAF sensor. But after reading K&N's claim that their product is legit and studies showed that as long as it's maintained properly I decided to try it myself. I have had no problems whatsoever with this filter so far. Improves acceleration slightly, not really noticeable because my car is so slow. Still determining if it really saves mileage and adds HP. Overall am happy w the purchase and would recommend it to anyone!!

Perfect fit and feel when installed. While the butt dyno can't say much for feeling a noticable performance difference, it's good to know that the engine can pull in what air it needs. I washed a K&N filter that I had put 60k miles on for my other car, and the whole process was easier than a cinch. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Response and fuel economy improved. Installation was difficult, the entire intake needed to be removed; however this is an Audi issue not that of the filter

On my 2005 Dodge diesel there was a little noticable power increase but the milage increase by 2 mpg over the true flow filter that I had in it, on my 2009 Chevy Malibu the mpg increase was about 4 mpg with a very noticable power increase over my stock filter (old filter was still very clean as the car has been babied on the Hwy). I can't wait to see what the results are on my wifes 2004 VW Passat diesel! On the Dodge Cummins filter I was very impressed with the significant increase in surface area over the flat stock and True Flow
