Yes, they are ore expensive than the paper replaceable ones. But, they will last so much longer. I have two Land Rovers and immediately notice the different in pick up; I'm anxious to see how they affect my mileage.

My filter arrived promptly. Things I object to were no installation instructions for installing it in my 97 Land Rover Discovery. The generic instuctions just don't hack it. I also think it foolish that you do not provide cleaning instructions with the filter, but tell the customer to go online so more time and inconvenience occurs. The idea should be that you make it convenient for your customers to both install and know how to clean the filters. You have a great reputation for your products, but you can see the number of Companies going down the tubes because they ignore their customers and FAIL TO CONSISTENTLY IMPROVE.

K&N filters have improved the performance of my Benz. Throttle response is outstanding. MPG has also increased slightly.

I purchased 2 K&N filters for my Audi A4 and Land Rover Discovery. While I'm sure the filtering is very good, gas milage and overall power is unchanged.

I USED TO HAVE ONE FOR MY 96 ISUZU PICKUP AND NOW I'M GOING TO USE THEM ON MY '98 AND '99 LAND ROVER DISCOVERIES- BETTER MILEAGE AND POWER- YOU CAN'T BEAT IT.

I purchased a K&N not too long ago and I could not believe what a difference it made! Grandpa gone beast! The overall performance was better. Acceleration most definitely. When I would punch it before, it would suffer and drag. Now,everything is much smoother and there is definitely more power. Look, I'm so proud of it that I had to put the bloomin' K&N sticker on the truck! I want to eventually get a whole K&N intake system put in now. No telling the difference that will make. I'm serious go with K&N. They're not playing around.
