The engine sounds better, maybe because there is more air going in!

I have K&N air filters in my Porsche 911 Turbo and Mercedes 500SEL. I wouldn't run any other filter. Absolutely the last air filter you'll have to buy for your vehicle. No question about the quality or value.

Good buy!

The stock air filter for my Mercedes costs $35.00 and is good for 5000 miles. I bought the K%N replacement for $41.00 and it's good forever. I noticed better pickup and a few more mpg

My elderly 560SL regularly got 250 miles per tank of gas prior to the K&N Air Filter (granted, it's a small tank). The first tank after installing the filter yielded 300 miles (as did the second tank) for a 20% improvement. With gas a $3/gal, I figure that the savings in gas plus the cost of an OEM filter paid for the K&N. Now if they only made one for my other car. The only down side to the filter is moderate increase in induction roar at higher throttle openings.
