This is a great Product as far as appearance and quality. Sounds great inside cab, After reading reviews on this product more than one person stated that the cranckcase breather hole on the intake tube is not completely drilled thru, I went back and check mines after 3 days of being installed and the crankcase hole was blocked off also. I drilled it out and never had any issues. Ive gained about 1-1.5mpg since installation.

Quality is too notch and the performance is great. Nice growl under acceleration and a 1.5 increase in MPG. Feels more responsive but don't have any data to back that claim up. Fit was off a bit where it connects to fresh air intake in wheel well but I fixed it with some left-over rubber gasket. Does what it's supposed to.

Because this unit pulls engine compartment air as fast or faster than fender well air, I feel it cannot be considered a cold air intake. Further, the method used to try and seal to the fender well was unusable for me due box alignment to the fender well hole on my 2011. A better fender well sealing method and a lightly spring loaded door on the engine compartment intake port would make this one slick unit. On the plus side, the box is quiet, filter is excellent, gas mileage improved.

Installation instructions are little lacking. Some have installed the gasket onto the wheel well which won't create a seal. I installed it onto the inlet tube, which made fitment a nightmare. Had to use a tool as a lever to get the box close enough to get the mounting holes to line up. Once done it took about 10 minutes to finish the install. Sounds great. Not sure about HP, but at highway speeds my tachometer is reading about 200 RPM lower than normal, so I'm hoping for some MPGs.

Great product. Installation not so simple. Weatherstipping fits like crap and does not make a good seal to the fender. Directions were very unclear. Truck came to life after though, great throaty sound when you punch it and truck is way more responsive.

This intake is LOUD. Small performance increase. The lid bolt holes did not line up right but it was close. Overall good product. The rubber seal for the finder hole needs to go on the intake box not in the finder hole for a perfect seal.

I just bought the new tundra and I did get a little more horse power and I did also get ghe afe throttle body spacer with it I would love to see what the exhaust system would do with it. I also bought the bully dog gt + tuner but no update yet. I would like to make this truck a icon in hawaii just need more available parts. With more specs and info

I've had a 2008 Tundra, 5.7 for a while now and decided to try and improve on the mpg issue. This is a quality product that arrived quickly. It's only need of improvement would be in the directions/pics provided. While I did notice a marginal improvement in overall performance it really came "alive" when, a few days later, I replaced my factory exhaust with dual catbacks. I'm now waiting on the JetFlo MAF Sensor..I'll post results when this 3pc mod is done. Great company AutoAnything
