Over all awesome exhaust , easy to install . Except the fact to put the sealed box for the air filter , the wholes weren't aligned right so I can screw onto the truck , & except of having the 3 wholes that it should've had , it only came with two so I had to make my own or it wouldn't stay on so well . But overall great performance.

I could really feel a differance in power once I put it one. The only problem I had was the fan rubbing against the intake. Other than that instialtion was quick and easy.

With a gas Suburban towing a 6000# TT, I was looking for more towing ability. This cold air intake provides it. I am impressed with the additional power. Installation was not as easy as they stated. I have pretty good mechanical skills and was able to install it. Had to move a horn and some wiring harnesses near the headlights. Other than that I am very happy with the decision.

Great product, however, the intake tube coming off engine is to close to the fan! I had to grind the tube face down in order to clear it and Im still only a quarter inch at most, away from the fan. Something Ill have to keep an eye and ear on constanty. Power and sound gains are quite amazing, cant tell yet if my mpg is any better though. I would recomend this intake over any oter!

I replaced my K & N cold air intake on my 2003 Chevy silverado 1500HD 4X4 with a stage II AFE cold air intake several weeks ago and have been very impressed with it so far. The only problem that I ran into is that I had to remove my throttle body spacer due to the intake tube hitting the fan. I'm thinking of replacing the fan with an electric fan in order to reinstall my spacer. Other than that, it was easy to intall, it sounds awesome, and I feel more hp.
