The filter seems to be working as advertised. The acceleration is smoother than the factory paper filter.

Filters air and is reusable. More throttle response and slight increase in mpg's.

I have always been a fan of the air filters you oil, but now that I found out about these wash and dry type I will likely never go back. So far this filter is great, perfect fit. As far as improved performance, I have no idea, the engine sounds the same, not like when I put on a cold air intake system. It certainly did not decrease my mileage, it may have increased slightly, like 0.5 mpg, maybe, but that is not at all why I bought this filter. Cheaper than throwing away paper ones every 3000

Since installing the filter, my on board computer shows a drop in mileage of .4. In the past it has been very constant at 17.1, now down to 16.7... go figure, it makes no sense. No felling of power change and I did not expect to see any. I may go back to the stock filter if things do not change.

The construction of the filter is top notch. Any power gains? Very doubtful. MPG may have gone up 0.3 or I've just been driving more conservative. If you've got an Ecoboost F-150 go for it, certainly didn't hurt any. And at under 40 bucks, you'll get your moneys worth after washing it and reusing a couple times.

After only a few days my gas mileage has improvedby 1 1/2 to 2 mpg. I could not believe it would do that. That is according to my computer read out on my 2011 f 150 king ranch with Eco boost engine. I'm very pleased !!
