I have only had the filter installed for a short period time. However, no difference in performance. The main benefit is that you can clean it versus having to change it out periodically. The installation was simple and straightforward.

I purchased a high-mileage 2006 Chevy Colorado (2.8L/4-cylinder) for daily activities and for the occasional trash-hauling jobs, and it needed a new air filter. I wanted a high-quality, long-life, high-flow filter that I could install and pretty-much forget about -- well, except for the now-and-then checks. I was looking at K&N filters and found the AEM DRYFLOW with K&N technology. With a 50K mile lifespan, ease of installation and low cost, the AEM DRYFLOW was the right filter for me.
