I've used a K&N filter in everything from Hondas, Chevys, and now in my 2007 Escape Hybrid. Just the filter alone usually gives me an extra 2-5 mpg!

I've had my oem filter for almost 10 months. I was averaging 26 mpg with combined city and highway. The AEM Dry Filter was very easy to install and it fit like a glove. I've been using the AEM Dry Air Filter for a month now and I average 28 mpg. My vehicle feels and runs smoother during normal driving and hard acceleration especially when it reaches the maximum rpm. As far noise, it's similar to the oem filter.

Bought this over k&n. Installation took about 5 minutes. Gas milage has increased about 1.5-2 per gallon for regular about 1.0 per gallon more for reg than using premium. Filter should pay for itself in about 5 months. Noticeable increase in plwer too.
