I recently installed a K&N air filter on my 2012 Yukon XL. It was literally a 5 minute job. Four trx screws hold the top of the airbox to the bottom. Loosen those 4 screws, pop off the top, remove the factory filter, drop in the K&N, tighten the screws and that's it. Noticed an immediate improvement in throttle response. Too soon to tell on gas mileage, but I expect 1-2 mpg improvement, based on my experience with my 2001 Yukon.
