Make sure to not over spray the filter and let dry a good 24 hr. prior to putting back in engine.

Hope to reduce replacement costs on air filters and get a slight increase in gas mileage, too. Have only driven about 200 miles so too early to tell. If it works out, will no doubt purchase another for my other vehicle.

I replaced the dry filter with a one inch shorter K&N. The result was a much quieter intake with an increase over stock of almost 3 mpg. All in all an inexpensive, easy to maintain performance upgrade. I've been using K&N filters for 30 years. I will continue to purchase their products.
