I received the filter and it took about 5 minutes to install. It should pay for itself in 3 years if I bought the cheapest filter from the local auto parts store and about a year if I bought their premium throw away one. Living in the desert southwest a filter might have to be changed more than once a year making it more economical yet

I replaced the dry filter with a one inch shorter K&N. The result was a much quieter intake with an increase over stock of almost 3 mpg. All in all an inexpensive, easy to maintain performance upgrade. I've been using K&N filters for 30 years. I will continue to purchase their products.
