Installing the filter is a breeze (well, unless your car manufacturer sticks the fourth clip underneath the intake hose, like mine), but once you get past that it pops right in the same way the factory filter does. And, man, what a difference! The very next day I noticed a huge improvement in acceleration (which is where the Verona has a notorious lag), and much smoother transitions for the transmission. WELL worth the extra $$ vs a disposable filter. This is the third time I've put a K&N in a car I've owned and they really do make a huge difference. They're not tough to clean, but definitely buy the cleaner/oil kit, it's essential to maintain their long life and performance.
