Installed a K&N Typhoon CAI on my 2016 Challenger Scat Pack. Decided to add the Air Filter Wrap as an added layer of protection from rain and to extend the time needed between cleaning and re charging. Happy with the wrap and looks good as well. My only issue is that for my vehicle the wrap did not come with the "DryCharger"Printing on the wrap and just had K&N on the body and mine was open on both ends unlike the one in the picture.

I recently purchased an FIPK for my 2005 BMW 325i from AutoAnything and I also got one of these filter covers. You can call it a pre-filter for sure because it does add an extra layer of protection. The material is excellent and this is a must have item if you have one of these filters in your car. The only thing is it is a bit pricey at almost $30, now if it was $10-$15 I think it would be a lot more reasonable. Personally I wouldn't think about having a cold air exhaust without one of these!!

In all reality, the wrap is probably not needed but, I do use my truck for hunting and work all year. This wrap is worth the money strictly for my peace of mind knowing that whatever I can get my truck into, it will have no trouble getting me out. There are a ton of part numbers to choose from so I just started a chat with an Auto Anything rep and they helped me get the right part # and color that I wanted in 1.5 minutes. It was to my door in 36 hours.

This was a must have for me since my last filter would get full of dirt, dust, etc every time I went off roading in my truck. I've taken my truck through some pretty nasty stuff since having this cover, and not a spec of dirt got to my filter! I would definitely recommend it, especially for those that enjoy off roading as much as myself.
