Injen Evolution Cold Air Intake Reviews

Injen Evolution Cold Air Intake

Reviewed By Lewis T (Ann Arbor, MI) Reviewed for a 2013 Jeep Wrangler —8/27/2015 8:53 PM

I've only had the cold air intake on for 2 days and haven't had a chance to really observe how well it performs yet. I had a Borla Cat Back exhaust put on at the same time. The installation was performed by my local dealer. I can say the parts were expertly installed and look and sound great. Will update when I have some concrete observations.

14 charger v6

Quality of kit is good but not up to par with previous k and n intakes i've used. I snapped the temp sensor trying to get into a rubber grommet which was not the right size. Hopefully K and N will reimburse me for a new sensor. Previous intakes would a much easier snap twist in holder. Other than that intake seems well made but doesn't have the deep intake resonance sound i'm guessing because of the plastic material used versus metal intakes.

2013 Fiat 500

Easy to install, and great sounding intake. It was a little too tight a fit over the engine, that I easily resolved with an aftermarket elbow. Aside from that, all is well.
