it was easy to install and performs good but I did not see any increase in gas mileage. it would look awesome if it was chrome instead of black

I have put a K&N filter on every car I have owned for to last 20 years. So when I saw it was available for my SHO I jumped on it. It was really easy to install. I am not sure how much of a horsepower gain but acceleration is much smoother and appears to be more powerful. Then there is the sound you only get from a K&N. I have only had it on for a short time but from past experience I am sure the gas mileage will be better and the performance will be better. For me a K&N is a must have.
