"Well, it sounds awesome. I feel the juice. But, it said I wouldn't need to cut, and I did. I put in a bypass valve (which is a MUST for cold air intake to avoid hydrolock on the engine). So I couldn't put it in myself with the tools i had. But hey, it worked out. Groovy!"

"Looks terriffic added power.. Reccommend it to anyone who doesn't have a pulse but needs one.. A littlie disappointed that the gear shift knob I ordered and was billed for didn't show up with the cold air intake.."

"I purchased my intake 2 weeks ago. I have noticed an increase in power mainly in the upper range. Overall, I think the intake is great and adds a great sound to the engine. I would purchase again without hesitation."

AEM CAI + 350Z = Good Decision

"While a little tougher to install than I thought(directions are good, however space is tight in my 350Z), it was well worth the time. I can feel the difference in the acceleration and it just feels better (sounds throatier, too). Not sure about any true horsepower increases, but it is no doubt quicker. Love it! Also, I wouldn't bother with the bypass valve unless you live in Atlantis or New Orleans."

"The sound is alot deeper with the aem cold air intake rather than a short ram. I also feel alot more pull in the higher rpms. Overall its a 4 star because i think its priced too much."

"I couldnt be happier with my AEM intake. It was hard enough finding parts for my car, and I thought instalation was going to be just as hard. Instead, AEM gave great directions and installing the intake was seamingly mindless. I would certaintly buy AEM products again."

"Gives a noticeable boost in hp on my '94 Accord EX. I can feel the difference around 3700 RPM all the way through to redline. Sound is different above 4500 RPM with a louder, deeper tone. I'm glad I paid the extra and got the AEM."

"installation was very easy. you have to be patient because you have to remove lots parts under the hood to put it in but it is worth the work. it made my jetta a lot faster and gave me better gas mileage. -T-NASTY-"

Fit perfectly performs beautifully

"I own a red Mazda 3s, and ordered the red CAI. Although removing the stock equipment wasn't as easy as I expected, the installation went very smoothly. The first thing I noticed was it took my ECU about 10 minutes to adjust, then the engine was humming smoothly. I immediately felt an increase in Horsepower from the low end all the way through to the high end Revs. I also noticed a different tone once I hit 3500 rpm's, my car never sounded so impressive until this purchase, and that's with the stock exhaust system. My mileage had also increased, probably due to the fact that I do not have to rev as high to accelerate to cruising speed. If you are thinking of purchasing this for your Mazda 3, I highly recommend it. Thanks AutoAnything for the fast shipping and great low pricing!!!"

Easy Install

"i test drove a Lot of Xb's before i bought the one for my wife. I KNEW it had to have an intake on it. Dealer wanted about 400 and I was able to buy this one for about 220. It took me about 1.5 hours, (only because I ma super fussy) the instructions were GREAT. I believe My 9 year old Daughter could have installed this (NO LIE! but of course she built her own soap box race car!!:) ) The power gain was expected. and I was not disapointed. The shipping was a "little" bit slow but it was fine."
