"The AEM CAI has made a noticable difference in performance. The car feels lighter and acceleration has improved. The avg mpg has also improved. The "growl" sound which it creates is nice. Installation wasn't as easy as expected for some more detailed instructions would help."

"The product is made of the highest quality materials. Easy installation. You must read the directions in its entirety before you begin! Noticeable increase in power not so much in fuel savings. I was concerned about the noise. I didn’t want it to be noisy. Fortunately you don’t hear it unless you raise the rpm’s. The sound compliments the increase in power. Very please would buy again."

"This intake was easy to install and the product details were tight. The instructions were detailed with pics to show each step. I had to bore out the barometric sensor attachment hole to properly fit the intake pipe, but it was easy."

"performance wise, it is great but installing it was another story. The parts didnt line up just right and i was missing two bolts thats held the bracket to the plastic piece of the intake."

"Noticed big sound improvements, and slight horse-power gains. I havnt experienced any higher fuel mileage surprising. It was also a pain the butt installing my air bypass valve... Over all however I like it but wish for more.."

"noticable performance improvement, good sounds. Installation was a moderate P.I.A......needed to modify the lower mounting point, 'cuz the system wouldn't fit otherwise, but once I got it figured out, all went pretty well. Removal of the stock airbox and installation of the CAI took a good 1 1/2hours, and I am moderately proficient with mechanical stuff."

"I just put this intake on my Mazda 3 a few weeks ago and I love it! It definately gives you more responce through out the RPM range and it sounds sweet above 4000 RPMs. I would suggest one of these to any one looking at cold ari intakes."

AEM CAI 03 Acura TL type-S

"Intake sounds awesome and you can really feel the power gain. Installing it was not as straight forward as most have said online. I ordered the “AEM CAI for Acura TL Type S with out fog lights option.” Only one available for Type S. The filter would not fit on the end of the pipe even with the fog light removed! less than 2 inches of room between the end of the pipe and the front bumber for a 4+ inch filter with the fog light removed. Had to cut off a 2+ inch piece with a hack saw for it to fit. Filter fits fine now with fog light reinstalled. Could not find any notes online or from AEM about this.. so make sure u add a hacksaw to you list of tools."

"Received order within the week of order. It took about 3 hours to install. Have noticed car runs more smoothly but no noticible difference in fuel efficiency. Also, Autoanything and AEM were great about getting the dry-flow filter as the regular filter was shipped. Overall, am satisfied and am now looking at throttlebody spacer."

"I just got the AEM cold air intake. I noticed my engine throtle is more respondsive. My car has faster acceleration and really starts to fly once I hit second gear!! My gas milege is slightly better too!!! My engine sounds mean once I get it above 4,000 rpms!!!"
