"i recently purchased an AEM Cold Air Intake for my 94 civic. I have noticed dramaticaly the differance in the sound and the performance in my car. My car has about 8 more horsepower and I save more gas also. This intake is a great one and would recomend to those who buy for looks and performance."

"Got the intake installed and it sounds hella clean. Not a significant increase in horsepower but def gives my Integra some oomph, you can feel it faster when shifting in and out of gears. Overall im satisfied, probably will look into a header next."

"AEM CAI has always been the top performer in air intakes market. They have reworked their 2006 model to better fit cars such as the Dodge SRT-4. Unfortunately, AutoAnything did not carry the new model, which was a bit dissapointing but the delivery made up for a slight inconvinience. I ordered the system on Tuesday, with a 24 hour processing period. On Thursday I got an email that the item will be delivered within a period of 5-7 days. 20 mins later, I got a knock on the door. It was the FedEx man with the CAI. Unbelievable. This is a 2 day delivery period FROM CA! Highest rating for shipping to AutoAnything only to be slightly hindered by the older model of the intake."

"I was conerned about having a "check engine light" I have read so many stories about this issue, but AEM had only one story with this, and it turned out to be a bad install. I installed mine, and have not had any issues with it. Plus the performance I got from it was much more than I expected."

"Easy install about 1hr start to finish. Increased my cruise speed by 7mph. I was a little disapointed in the finish around the mass air flow...bare metal.. but not enough to return for replacement.."

"By far AutoAnything offered the best price for the part. I ordered it and it arrived quickly. The part itself isn't spectacular (you're not going to get 5 hp gain, maybe 2-3) but overall I would order it again if I had to. The dealership tried to charge me $150 more for the same part that I got from the site, definitely worth shopping around for. The car seems to accelerate a little faster and doesn't sputter as much going uphill."

Excellent CAI

"One of the big limitations to the 3.5 Altima is the intake. The AEM CAI opened up the car to a new level. I had already done the exhaust and noticed a little improvement, but adding the intake really made the difference. The only negative is the sound level, it is loud. If you stay under 4500rpm you won't even hear it."

"I haven't put the system on yet as it's winter, but from looking at the kit, it's well engineered and put together. I know AEM makes good, high quality parts, so all should be good! I also like the fact that it's carb apporved."

"I installed an AEM Cold Air Intake on my 2005 Subaru Legacy GT. The kit was complete and with illustrated instructions. It yielded noticable performance and great sound. Blow off and spool noise are just right. The overall appearance of the powder coated finish is great, unfortunately some has rubbed off as the fit and tolerancing of the holes and bends are way off... installation required some modification. I've used AEM CAIs on previous cars (Jetta IV 1.8T, Eagle Talon, Acura Integra), without any problems. Perhaps the problems are the result of purchasing a first production run product."

"There is a noticeable difference in the sound when accelerating in the high rpms. It lets the sound of the engine out more and sounds a lot better. I can also tell a difference in acceleration speed slightly. The CAI is a must in upgrades for this car."

"The CAI has made a huge improvement to my car's power and sound. Shipping was a little slow but the benifits are well worth the wait. Install was easy too (about 2 hrs). If you have a Mazda 3s you have to add a CAI!!!!!!!"
