"i have new installed an intake system before and i found that it was extremely easy to put in. The instructions were clear but a picture wouldn't. i notice and improvement right away but agree that the cost is a little steep. overall the intake system is good, the look and performance are a plus and it was worth the money."

"AFTER INSTALLING THE AIRAID INTAKE SYSTEM THERE WAS A NOTICEABLE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AND SOUND. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO OTHER OWNERS."

"I got a little boost, but not as much as I had seen in reviews from others or expected. I did the throttle body spacer at the same time, so it's hard to tell which helped more. I do get a couple more miles per gallon, but for the price, it will take a long time to pay for itself."

"The kit that i purchased for my 99 yukon denali was very basic compared to what it apeared to look like on the web site. There was no barrier wall and it only included the small section of tubing from the mass air flow sensor to the filter. Should have spent $30 dollars more for a K&N kit that is complete."

"what a big difference after i installed airaid cold air intake on my 2009 dodge ram hemi 1500 crew cab,gas milage went up just running in drive way,on the road now it gets up to 22 + mpg, and more power,this intake sounds good when you put your foot in it,easy to install,about 1 hour taking my time,its a factory fit, to your vehicle and looks great when u open the hood, this is what i say,you want better gas mileage,more power install the airaid cold are intake,you will be glad you did, this airaid intake will pay for its self,by giving you much better mpg, remember all engines run better when they get more air and cooler air,with this clean air intake,its a win win, ed fouts , so east florida resident"

"bought this airaid system for an 04 Dakota Quad and so far I like the response of the throttle already love the way it sounds when you get down on the gas. Was very easy to instal."

"Haven't gotten a chance to check the h.p. and mpg #'s yet but noticed a better launch at the light and a slightly more aggressive sound. Install was quick and painless. The CARB cert was a major plus!"

"installed airaid mxp cold air intake and throttle body spacer in my new 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 hemi truck and it greatly increased my horsepower, but still waiting on figuring out gas mileage. Would recommend purchase of both air raid products......."

"This type of cold air intake is a must for dodge charger srt8. It improved my aceleration and gave my car a new growl to it with the bite to back it up. Plus it looks very tough under the hood"

"I put the Airaid kit in my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500. What a difference. Lots more power and torque. Along with the power I increased the gas milage by 2 miles per gal. on a trip of 1332 miles. I was getting 19.1 and after I got 21 mpg."

"The Airaid is a great system. It is top notch, quality wise, and easy to install. The instructions are great, and easy to follow. I highly recommend the system. It sounds great under heavy acceleration, and I have noticed a gain in performance. I am hoping for a gain in MPG as well."

"I recently purchased the Airaid Intake System for my 2006 Honda Ridgeline. I have installed several air intake systems on diffenent vehicles over the years and this installation was was very easy to perform and took less than 30 minutes. The vehicle performance has been inhanced greatly especially when running the air conditioning system. Fuel economy has increaced slightly as well and I would recommend this system to any current Ridgeline owners"

"Installation on my 04 gmc envoy was a breeze. As for increse of power and torque havent noticed much. My fuel economy hasnt improved, but I do A lot of stop and go driving. One concern I have is rain entering thrugh the filter into the intake sys, I noticed a lot of rain water on the mounting side after driving 20 miles in the rain. I did not experience any problems during the short distance."

"Really nice system, but tough to install. The issue is installing the rubber flange on the top of the box. It takes a lot of effort to install flange. Initial mileage increase on my 2009 Dodge 5.7 is about .5 mpg."

Airaid Cold Air filter

"I had a little trouble geeting the cone filter onto the housing. I had to take the hose clamp off or you leave it on the last notch. Also the stock clamps that hold the box in place don't exactly line up with their box. You may need to get a pair of pliers and bend the clips to hold the box in place. This is on my 2009 Ford F-150 pickup truck and may not be the same for your your application."

"System is of good quality however, the pins on the factory tray and the holes on the Airaid box did not line up just right. With a lot of force they finally came together enough for the screw holes to line up. Mileage improved by .6mpg on my Dodge 5.7 pickup."

"took about and hour to install, very clear directions. had no problems. replaced stock muffler with 35 inch cherry bomb glass pack at the same time i install my airaid intake system, awesome sound and power. dont know about better gas mileage, having a hard time keeping my foot off the gas pedal. really takes off at a dead stop. soon as i can find a 180 degree thermostat, i will buy the jet performance chip thru autoanything.com."

"The Airaid Intake looks great and was easy to install, and the install was very quick. NO Increase in fuel mileage, NO noticable increase in Power... Not saying that it doesnt work, but the truck already has 600+ lb ft of torque... lol your not gonna notice another 15-20 horsepower easily."
