Empty Promises

"I bought this product and the Poweraid because of the claims of increased fuel efficiency. My trucks got plenty of power already. The manufacturer spoke of 2-6 MPG increases between the 2 units. I've had a 0 to negative increase in fuel economy. I'll be returning the Poweraid for sure. It makes an annoying sound and did nothing to get me better MPG. I may keep the intake system just for the lifetime filter and increased power if I ever need it. Or, I may return it and just install a factory replacement Airaid filter. The install was fairly easy. The directions could have been a little better. The product seems to be of High quality it just didn't do what I expected it to do."

"Install was easy, and only took around a half hour. The sound is great and I did notice a difference in power. Did a road trip shortly after install, and noticed an increase of ~2mpg."

My Hemi It Breathes

"I replace the stock air box on my Charger SRT8 with an Airaid cold air intake with hood adapter. I wanted the Airaid with the hood adapter, so my 6.1L Hemi would come alive. From the cold air dam blow and the cold air hood scoop from above. Now it sounds like someone unleashed, a big scary monster under my hood. Throttle response is outstanding. MPG well it is what it is on SRT8's. The service at AutoAnything Was outstanding. Becaus the Airaid the I wanted was not in stock. They found it for me, and I had it in my hands within three days. I Love My Airaid. And the Service that I received from AutoAnything. Sam CA."

"My 2006 Magnum RT has come alive with the AirAid box (without tube). I am happy with the product and feel I have achieved approx 15-20 extra horsepower for an alreay fast car. I especially love the growl of the engine when accelerating in mid range, and the increased torque off the line from 0 mph took getting used because of the power increase . for my HEMI, this is 5+ stars. I am a happy camper and can't wait to drop off the wife and kids so I can zoom, zoom, zoom! LT"

"i took my time...say about an hour for the install as soon as i got it.... noticeable improvement in throttle response. I took it around the block and i heard my rear tire chirp for the first time with the exact amount of pedal pressure. i wore a smile on my face for the rest of the evening of course."

"I PUT AN AIRAID COLD AIR INTAKE ON MY 02 FORD F150 4.2L V6 W/A STANDARD TRANS. IT HAS 106,300 MILES. I PUT IT ON IN ABOUT 40 MIN. INSTRUCTIONS WERE A LITTLE VAGUE. I NOTICED IMPROVED THROTTLE RESPONSE, ESPECIALLY IN 2-4. MY MPG WENT FROM 17.2 TO 19.1, BUT THAT IS ONLY ON ONE TANK, HOPEFULLY THAT WILL CONTINUE. OVERALL I AM SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT, AND WOULD RECOMEND IT TO OTHERS, ESPECIALLY ON CARS THAT ARE A FEW YEARS OLD AND HAVE SOME MILES ON THEM."

"Did not know what to expect from this set up, I am thrilled with it, noticable increase in power at highway speeds and during take off, smoother shifts, I have also gained about 3 miles per gallon, I went from avaeraging 14.5 per gal to 17.6 which is substanstial, I have a late model 02 (new body style) Dodge Ram quad 4x4 with 5.9, the gas milage increase is amazing!!"

"I put this on my 2004 dodge ram. Installation only took about 30 minutes. Easy instructions. I noticed improved horsepower right after installation. I have not driven it enough to notice a difference in mpg. Great product."

Cold Air Intake

"Easy to install and the directions were very clear. Even a novice could do it. Sounds great and even if I don't have better throttle response, it certainly feels and sounds like I do! Combined with the throttle body spacer, my Hemi is getting 1-1/2 mpg better gas mileage."

"I ordered the Airaid #400-140-1 for my '04 F150 5.4 3V Triton. I couldn't believe how it made this engine come to life. The power increase was more than I expected, and the sound is awesome. It's quiet while cruising but when you push it down, it sounds like it will suck the hood into the intake. The price was good, the delivery quick, and the installation was easy. It was worth half of the price for the appearance under the hood."
