duramax airaid system

"purchaced complete airaid system for my 05 duramax silverado. quality ok, but fit is not good. had to trim air tube and air box, so much for simple install. no real differance in performance or mileage. but sounds way cool! you can really hear the turbo kick in, even at the tailpipe. think before you spend this much money for enhaned turbo sound."

"The Air Raid system had had a drastic effect on hp and mpg on my car. The car sounds like it can breathe now. Installation was easy, it only too 5 or 10 mins. The weather strip was tricky, but that was the only part."

"Super easy to install! Bolted right up. Shows the high quality when the hood is up. Everyone I show love it and want one. Sounds awesome at full thottle at highway speeds. I can't keep my foot off the g$$ petal. It's not too loud either. I was alittle worried it might be too loud like some aftermarket mufflers can be. It sounds just right. Small Block Chevrolet V8 music to my ears. USA-1"

3.9 Magum

"Impressed, but could have been better! The Airaid intake system in my 1998 Dodge Dakota with the V-6 got a huge increase in pick-up. But the truck is still slow off the line. Sound is amazing, I had already put dual flowmasters on her so she was purring to start with. But the Airaid made her ROAR. Sounds like a large V-8 now. Gas mialige around town increased slightly, but highway driving got a boost of 3-4 mpg. Quality craftmanship makes this unit look great under the hood. Removal of stock intake and install of Airaid took 10-15 min. Minimal tools, time, and experience needed."

2007 Tahoe 5.3 Motor

"Unit was installed on a 2007 Chevy Tahoe 5.3 and took all of about 20 min. All parts fit perfectly and were of very respectable quality. After (2)tanks, about 1.5 to 2 mpg was gained in addition to a feeling of increased torque. Excellent product, and even has that 'old' intake sound when stomped on. Also purchased the throttle body spacer but have not installed. Wanted to get a result on the Intake System first. Definitely recommend this setup for any 2007 Tohoe owners. Again, great product!"

2005 F-250, 5.4 L, Airaid Jr. Intake System

"I installed the system on a 2005 Ford F250 pickup truck with the 5.4 Litre engine. Installing the Jr. Airaid system was a breeze, less than 10 minutes from start to finish, with no alterations needed. Fuel mileage seems to to be boosted about 10 percent and there is a considerable increase in power. This is highlighted by a much deeper sound during rapid acceleration. I'm well pleased with the product, its easy installation, and the price of the system."

"The Airaid was real easy to install, hardes part was getting the bolts loose on the old air intack. The Airaid is easy to install and has incresied the horse power on my truck. Have had it on about 6 weeks and I can tell the it really works."

"I installed the Airaid on my Dodge 1500 w/ 4.7L. Install took less than an hour. Better throttle response and getting about one mpg better mileage around town. During acceleration you get a nice rumble . Good product."
