"It help out a bunch on horse power not realy on mpg. I couldnt get the tires to spin. When I put on the cold air intake i spun all the way in first gear and got a second gear screach i am happy with it."

AIR RAID ROCKS

"I purchased the system for my 07 Ford 350 and immediately noticed that it eliminated the turbo lag and gave me additional horsepower. I have not noticed any increase in fuel efficency. I subsequently added a Juice with Attitude chip and really noticed the difference with the addition of the chip!"

2005 Chevy Colorado 3.5L Airaid Intake

"Easy to install with basic tools - maybe 15-20 minutes. No noticable change in performance or noise, but it's my wife's truck and I seldom drive it. I do monitor gas mileage closely and it's up 1-2 mpg on a very consistent mix of commuting driving."

"Good directions, easy to install. Getting the temperature sensor out of Jeep factory tube is the toughest part. Better acceleration when passing. No noticeable gas mileage increase though."

"Simple to install, just follow instructions. Really really love the sound it makes. I am the old style open 4 barrel guy. This is a deeper louder sound. Makes you feel like you have a lot more hp."

"I usually don't take the time to write in about after market products, but the Airaid system that I recently installed and my new Mustang really hit it off. Unless my imagination has gotten the best of me, the Airaid intake made a very noticeable improvement in the performance of the car. I believe in air-in and air-out, and the Airaid gets the air-in working a whole lot better than the stock system."

"Installed Airaid Intake system on my 05 PT Cruiser. Installed exactly as directed, no surprises, and the darn thing works! Picked up hp a bit, and gas mileage too. It's a little loud, sounds like a riced out Honda when you step on it, but its cool. Good value for the money."

"Installation was really no big deal, it did take me about an hour all together but mostly because I was being extra careful and following the instructions. I could tell an immediate increase in responsiveness and power. After a month now I can also tell a nice increase in fuel economy. Driving to and from work I was getting between 18.5 and 19.7 mpg, now I'm getting 22.7 and that's even though I'm hot-dogging it more with the extra power!"

"i am really happy with the purchase and it was worth the money. i felt the difference in horsepower though i added an airraid poweraid throttle body spacer as well. not only did my fuel economy go up but my exaust is almost twice as loud in higher rpms. i recommened adding these easy bolt ons to you vehicle."

"Great product. Power gains were noticeable immediately, especially while driving up hilly roads. Gas mileage has improved also, roughly 4 mph. The sound is excellent. Definitely recommend getting one."

Great intake system

"Installed on 2007 Silverado 5.3L. Made a difference right off the start. After I first started it. The engine seemed like it was breathing a lot better. The MPG went up slightly but every little bit helps. Could definately feel the torque right off a dead stop."

Empty Promises

"I bought this product and the Poweraid because of the claims of increased fuel efficiency. My trucks got plenty of power already. The manufacturer spoke of 2-6 MPG increases between the 2 units. I've had a 0 to negative increase in fuel economy. I'll be returning the Poweraid for sure. It makes an annoying sound and did nothing to get me better MPG. I may keep the intake system just for the lifetime filter and increased power if I ever need it. Or, I may return it and just install a factory replacement Airaid filter. The install was fairly easy. The directions could have been a little better. The product seems to be of High quality it just didn't do what I expected it to do."
