I've been waiting for an intake tube that would improve the performance on my V6 Mustang, and this product exceeded my expectations. The folks at Airaid had this certified for use in California and I couldn't be more satisfied. The engine is no longer breathing through a straw. Installation is a tight fit on the ends, but a little patience pays big dividends in sound and acceleration.

Besides looking better than the stock intake, once I "get on it", it really improves the sound of the engine. Installation is effortless with the included illustrated instructions.

I purchased the Airaid MIT for my 08 silverado. It was fairly easy to install. Instructions come with pictures so its rather simple. It sounds awesome on the truck. You can tell your motors breathing better and you really know the engines there. I put an exhaust on my truck days after I installed the MIT and I wish I would have waited a little longer so that I could really enjoy this product on my truck. Sounds awesome. As far as Hp and mpg,too minimal to tell. But WELL WORTH THE MONEY! A+++

Installation is fairly simple. A little bit pricey considering it is just a tube. However, it has made a difference in my acceleration. Sounds great as well. Still too early to tell if there are any MPG gain (I haven't gone through a full tank yet) but you can definitely tell it is better than the stock tube.

A friend told me about Airaid. I did not know about the product. It was purchased because of the price. There was no regret buying the product. It is well built along with the ease of installation. Use this with the Ams oil filter in the OEM air box, you can't go wrong. I highly recommend the product, you get an added bonus of the deep roar when you let it throttle open.

MIT shipped in a timely fashion and was extremely easy to install. The hardest part is changing out the bleader hose. There is a hose barb that goes in the bottom of the MIT from the stock intake which doesnt seem to stay in place.
