"I didn't want to believe all the reviews that I read pertaining to vehicles with the same type of intake as mine, but since the throttle body goes to through the intake manifold and then to the engine, this product does absolutely nothing for it. I will be taking this mod off very soon once the weather is better. No increase in MPG over 2 tanks of city and two tanks of Highway. Not even a cool whistle. Invest in floormats before this"

"I put one of these on my 04 Ram 2500 last weekend. One of the easiest products to install. I don't know about MPG gains but I could feel the extra power in the mid-range the first time I took the truck out. Well worth the money."

"This was for my wife's vehicle and she is very very happy. She made the comment to day that getting a ticket would be easier with the added power. No report as of yet about the MPG increase but I have had these before and know there will be some gains. Worth the money!!"

"The installation on this product was very easy. I bolted the stock air intake back on and took it for a drive and I could tell a big difference .... throttle response seemed to be quicker and it seemed to me that I had more power. Definitely a good product and I would recommend it to all my friends."

2005 F-150 PowerAid Not!

"Very easy to install, but according to my truck's computer, this product has done absolutely nothing to increase the gas mileage. Does not increase by 2-3 mpg as claimed! It has no whistling, but does rub on the firewall area and makes an annoying sound. Also have not noticed any difference in the hp."

A Decent Investment

"Overall, I'm pleased with the product. At lower RPMs there is a pronounced whistle (which gets a little annoying), but it did give my gas-sucking hemi an additional 2.5 mpg. As for the advertised HP & torque increase, it's hard to say; there does seem to be a slight increase at the middle of the power band. All that said, I'd buy the Airaid again if I had it to do over."

"I purchased the Poweraid TBS, and a K&N air filter for my Ranger to get a little better performance and hopefully better gas mileage. Installation wasn't that bad, and I could feel the difference on the first run. Haven't used a tank of gas yet, so I don't know the exact MPG gain, I am guessing 30, up from 26-27."

"Super easy to install. I noticed small amount of low end power, I also installed a Airaid cold intake and a Jet performance chip I gained about 5-8 mph top end but the low end torque was more than I expected. worth the money for a 2.5 engine gas millage (+ or -) none"

"Instalatoin was a breeze about 20 mins if that.But haven't noticed any more power or torqe.But better throttle response.Maybe once i get my chip and my intake.Have already on truck flow master system sounds alittle bit better."

"Easy install. I installed one on my 95 Ram and it helped the mpg. So I trying it on the TJ. Seems to help on the punch and I like the whistle noise. To soon to see if it really helps on the mpg."
