"I thought the installation was relatively easy on my Dodge Hemi, but I do have the right tools and some experience. For the novice, I can see how the terminology could be somewhat confusing (airbox vs air filter box). I enjoy the sound and feel, but since I also installed the airaid cold air intake system...I am not sure which product makes the most difference. I do notice additional power, sound and I am showing about 1-1/2 mpg better gas mileage - that is when I keep my foot out of it."

"I have a 2006 Dodge Dakota SLT Quad Cab V8 HO w/ Sebring Tuning dual exhaust w/ K&N 77 Series Air Intake and my exhaust was nice at first but ever since I installed the Airaid Poweraid TBS my exhaust is alot deeper at idle now and I can feel the difference in pickup and hp, but with gas mileage I can't tell because my new air intake gives me false readings, so idk if my gas mileage is any better, but I'd probably have to say so. I recommend this product to anyone that wants that little extra something!!!!!"

"Having now had the Airaid PowerAid in over a full week, I can now see what the hype is all about and put to rest all the rumors. This device works plain and simple!! The Airaid TBS not only increased the MidLevel power\torque on my 2006 H3 but increased my mpg by at least 2.5 per gallon. With the price of gas...this right here was the primary objective. Note: The H3 has what is called the Stabli Track sensing mechanism and therefore somewhat regulates the slipping\spinning of all tires upon under initial acceleration. Well..for the 1st time ever, I actually pressed firmly on the gas pedal and this device indicator lit up!! Mind you this was on a dry asphalt on a All-Wheel drive vehicle! Installation was simple lasting almost 35 minutes (This was due to making sure no hoses leading into the upper manifold came lose or dislodge and that the supplied screws were firmly affixed to the Throttle Bottle). There was no noticeable whistling effect(if any at all-possibly due to the H3 having a sealed engine). Driving primarily highway roadways Mon-Fri. and getting roughly 300 miles per tank, I now get roughly 350 miles per tank and the H3 runs so smooth at the higher speeds. I also tow a small bass boat and the extra torque is fantastic! Highly recommend for all Hummer owners and those looking at maximizing there current setup. BTW.. I had a K&N air filter installed prior and the two together is Awesome baby with a capital "A". For all the naysayers out there, keep sleeping on this device. For the true believers, I've always said the proof is in the pudding. I have spoken! BigNasty06 in Jersey!!"

"I installed this on my 2005 Mustang GT, only to hope it will mix the nitrous and fuel mixture alot better when it enters the intake manifold. Easy to install, makes a whistle noise, but doesn't bother me. not sure if it added any horsepower or mpg, but it's mostly for what i first mentioned."

"I read ALL the reviews before buying the PowerAid TBS for my 2000 Silverado 1500. I was looking to boost my HP a little more since I already had an AEM cold air intake and Gibson cat-back exhaust. I have to say that there is barely a "whistle" unless I really stomp on it and even then it is barely noticeable. I did feel a difference through the transmission shifts...smoothed out which was nice. I cant say that I feel that much of a difference in added HP although there is some. The instructions leave a lot to be deisred. They should be a little more specific to the model AND the pictures need to be a lot bigger. I had a hard time trying to distinguish which parts I was supposed to take off, etc. My fuel economy has improved slightly (@1mpg) and nowadays I think we can all take what we can get Overall, the Airaid PowerAid does make a slight difference which is why I say that you get "just about your money's worth"
By the way, AutoAnything is the best...I have purchased all my the mods to my truck from them and the selection, service and shipping (especially the time) is top-notch. With their pricing guarantee, you cant go wrong !"

"Super easy to install, it only took me about 10 minutes. There is a very distinctive whistle, I believe my K&N 77 series makes it even louder. I did not notice a big difference in the power, but my fuel efficiency has improved by ~0.5-1 MPG. If you are like me and you want to save a few bucks at the pump, this is a good start."

"This is my second Airaid PowerAid purchase for use on my son's vehicles. Each time the use of the PowerAid has improved the low the mid range performance and increase milage on a trip by 2 to 3 miles per gallon. I am surprised that this simple concept is not incorporated by the car companies."

"I already had a K&N cold air intake on the truck so installing the Poweraid was very easy taking only about 10-15 minutes. Seems to have added more power to the bottom end through midrange. The box states something like "if it whistles its working". the sound I hear is reminecent of the days when I would flip the Air cleaner cover on my dad's oldsmobile. Fuel mileage improvement has been 1-2 mpg when driven normal."

"I ready quite a few of the reviews before i purchased the TBS and decided that it was a good investment for my 97' Dodge Ram 1500. The install was easy, but i didnt see the results a lot of people were talking about. I do have better throttle response, but seemed to lost power on the low end."

"well it would have been nice to install it but for my GMC truck i couldnt get it on due to the radiator hose being to short to pull off my throttle body manifold, and also did not know that if you own a K&N air intake that you would not be able to install it due to limited space, so anyways i would have to buy a airaid intake to use it"
