"Great product overall. Sounds mean, and, according to my butt dyno, gives me more power. It is quiet at cruising speeds or around the city but a good sound when you get on it. Went in easy in like 45 min but directions are a little vague. Make sure to double check and retighten the clamps after some driving as mine loosened up a bit. Overall I would recommend this product to others looking for some better mileage and a little shot in the arm for your vehicle."

"While this was a great product to buy-It has given me a noticeable power and torque gain, plus a good gas mileage increase, cant tell the exact amount yet. However, the installation was awful. Everything was simple expect for the most important part, putting the intake tube onto the throttle body. The fitment between the top of the throttle body and the firewall lip was extremely tight. I guess the problem with mine was the throttle body-according to K&N R&D, I had an aftermarket throttle body, which I had thought of, but the but the mine looks exactly the same as stock, except it says "Holley V8" instead of just "V8""

"THE INSTILLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PICTURES WERE CLEAR. THE INSTILLATION TOOK ME ONE HOUR. THE TRUCK SEEMS QUICKER OFF THE LINE, BUT THAT COULD BE WISHFUL THINKING.THE TRUCK SEEMS TO RUN QUITER, WHICH IS OPPISITE OF MOST PEOPLES OBSERVATIONS.THE TRUCK DOES GET BETTER FULE ECONOMY - WHICH IS THE MAIN REASON FOR PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT."

"I like my new K&N FIPK Air Intake. My truck is breathing easier and I've noticed at highway speeds the rpm gauge reads lower than before. I just ordered and installed a performance tune from the DiabloSport Predator and really seeing the results."

"The K&N FIPK system that I recieved was toatally AWSOME. It sounds sweet when you step on it. I increased gas mileage by 3 MPG! "It is a grate diference. more power and fuel economy. Should clear inst in step 22-to 25 it is kind confusing. But its work grate, engine sound change but not much. I give 95% of 100%"

"Shortly after I installed the Intake (with rather ease mind you) I took a long drive and noticed a nice rise in gas mileage. Not only that but the sound that comes out of my vehicle now is amazing."

"Installed the cai one week ago. Install was straight forward and easy. Noticed power gains from about 3500rpm's and up. Also get about 1.5 mpg better on the highway. So over all it's a good product. It gets pretty noisy in the cab at full throtle....."

"I bought this intake for my 2008 COBALT LS. It truly does produce the power that they state. Gas mileage went up from 33.4 to 34.1. Nice power, quality, and sound."

"excellent product and excellent service through AutoAnything. Fast shipping. Makes my dodge ram diesel have that extra horsepower, you can really hear the rush of air as the turbo spools. Mileage went up about 2 miles per gallon. Depending if I keep my foot out of it."

"At an idle I really couldn't hear a difference untill I reaved my engine to about 3k rpm. The overall horsepower gain isn't alot but I could tell im getting a quicker acceleration closer to my top end. And in about 3rd and 4th gear my engine has a deeper sound higher in the rpms. Overall i'm very happy with my purchase and can't wait to hook up an exhaust and see how much of a difference that makes."

"I just finished installing the K &N Aircharger on my 2007 F150 and an immediate difference in horse power. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to save a little at the pumps. Great sound too. I'm waiting for my Bank's Monster Exhaust to show up at my front door to put that on. Next will be the power chip."

"I Installed this Kit on my 1990 Bronco and its looks great but i havent noticed better gas miliage but i do feel the HP gain. the only proplem i had with this kit was the air house going to the carnk case was the wrong size and when i called K&N after be on hold for 20mins they told me the only think they could do was send me a new house. witch ment my truck sat for 2 days."

"I am impressed with the ease of installation and the appearance of the unit. I have yet to check my mileage to see if that has changed. There has been one subtle change that I have noticed; the engine idles and accellerates more smoothly. The intake has a new sound that I also like."

"Installation was a breeze following the supplied instructions. I did have one concern. The air box mounting bracket that attaches to the 2 exixting valve cover bolts went on with no problem. The lower edge did, however rest against the coolant hose. I was concerned that it would cut the hose through vibration over time, so I cut about 2" off the supplied PCV hose (which was too long anyway), slit it lengthwise, and secured it to the edge of the bracket with a zip-tie. Now, it's a rubber-to-rubber contact instead of metal-to-rubber."

"Installation was easy. Makes the engine sound great. Have flowmasters on my truck and the intake makes them sound a little bit better. Acceleration is better. Haven't noticed any savings in gas yet. The performance I received was more than expected."
