"Installation was a little long when i installed in in my redline but the direction it came with made it sooo much more easier, would have took hours and hours without it no doubt about that. A+++ on the K & N product!"

"Installed the cai one week ago. Install was straight forward and easy. Noticed power gains from about 3500rpm's and up. Also get about 1.5 mpg better on the highway. So over all it's a good product. It gets pretty noisy in the cab at full throtle....."

"I bought this intake for my 2008 COBALT LS. It truly does produce the power that they state. Gas mileage went up from 33.4 to 34.1. Nice power, quality, and sound."

"excellent product and excellent service through AutoAnything. Fast shipping. Makes my dodge ram diesel have that extra horsepower, you can really hear the rush of air as the turbo spools. Mileage went up about 2 miles per gallon. Depending if I keep my foot out of it."

"At an idle I really couldn't hear a difference untill I reaved my engine to about 3k rpm. The overall horsepower gain isn't alot but I could tell im getting a quicker acceleration closer to my top end. And in about 3rd and 4th gear my engine has a deeper sound higher in the rpms. Overall i'm very happy with my purchase and can't wait to hook up an exhaust and see how much of a difference that makes."

"I just finished installing the K &N Aircharger on my 2007 F150 and an immediate difference in horse power. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to save a little at the pumps. Great sound too. I'm waiting for my Bank's Monster Exhaust to show up at my front door to put that on. Next will be the power chip."

"I Installed this Kit on my 1990 Bronco and its looks great but i havent noticed better gas miliage but i do feel the HP gain. the only proplem i had with this kit was the air house going to the carnk case was the wrong size and when i called K&N after be on hold for 20mins they told me the only think they could do was send me a new house. witch ment my truck sat for 2 days."

"I am impressed with the ease of installation and the appearance of the unit. I have yet to check my mileage to see if that has changed. There has been one subtle change that I have noticed; the engine idles and accellerates more smoothly. The intake has a new sound that I also like."

"Installation was a breeze following the supplied instructions. I did have one concern. The air box mounting bracket that attaches to the 2 exixting valve cover bolts went on with no problem. The lower edge did, however rest against the coolant hose. I was concerned that it would cut the hose through vibration over time, so I cut about 2" off the supplied PCV hose (which was too long anyway), slit it lengthwise, and secured it to the edge of the bracket with a zip-tie. Now, it's a rubber-to-rubber contact instead of metal-to-rubber."

"Installation was easy. Makes the engine sound great. Have flowmasters on my truck and the intake makes them sound a little bit better. Acceleration is better. Haven't noticed any savings in gas yet. The performance I received was more than expected."

"The improvements in air flow have decreased my fuel consumption to the rate of mileage increase of 1.0 to 1.4 mpg. I really liked the looks of this unit (when installed), plus the ease of installation. I have recommended this unit to a friend for his wifes' Dodge diesel and for his also. There is a noticeable increase in felt torque plus a much quicker response time(less turbo lack, faster spool-up). I am impressed with this unit. (Signed) Gary "

Almost, but not quite...

"It looks good, and the first installation attempt was fairly easy. I say first because, through no apparent fault of K&N, Pontiac chose to mix and match parts (this, the brakes, the airbox...) on the early model G6's. The included adapter elbow (3") was too large for the throttle body (2.75"). I called K&N and they were helpful but didn't have a solution - so I'm ordering a silicone adapter from another site to bridge the gap. Only thing I really wasn't happy with was the fit of the heat shield box around the filter - it doesn't seal the area worth a hoot. Either dig out your welder or order a rain sock for the filter. The engineers at K&N did request that I photo document the install and the issues so they can review and possibly incorporate changes to the instructions / parts list, so they get an A in my book."

"These kits work. Although the installation of the heat shield was a little more difficult than I anticipated, the end result is great. It looks good, and performs even better. Initial results: more power at about 3000rpm and about 2 miles/gallon increased economy."

"This K&N is the unit to get. Everything about it was top notch. It fits well & has everything needed to make it work. And boy does it work. I felt all of the 14 1/2 HP it claims to add to this 303 HP 5.3 LS4. This 07 MC SS runs like its a Z28, TA or GT. I can't wait to take a long trip and see what difference it makes in hwy mileage. 0-60 is now right at close to 5 sec flat and 1/4 mile speed is just over 95 and this is with FRONT WHEEL DRIVE!!! I asked a competitor, who claimed they could beat any price, to beat Autoanything's price, they only could say SORRY. Fast shipping, packed well, great low price! What more can one ask for?"
