Very Impressed

"Being someone that has no car knowledge, I was suprised at how easy this intake was to install. I went to a road trip the week of the install and my gas milage was 19 mpg. Previously it was around 16-17mpg. There's a deep growl when you step on the gas but after the rpm's drop it sounds stock. A dual exhaust would sound unbelievable with the intake. That'smy next purchase!"

I always use K&N

"This ia my first full K&N intake kit I have used, but not my first K&N. I have K&N filters in My Caravan, Grand AM GT, Mustang GT, those vehicles are just using the filter in the factory OEM box and they work great. I purchased the 77 series kit for my 2003 Trailblazer, it is the first of my vehicles that accepts a full intake kit. I must say it is a great improvement in response and acceleration, I can't say for sure if the gas mileage has improved, it seems to be the same, but have only checked it on 2 tanks of gas, plus I have been putting my foot into pedal testing its performance. My nephew has the same trailblazer and he drove mine the other day and was completely impressed, so as soon as he needs a new filter he will purchasing a 77 series for his trailblazer. So either way you go(full intake system, or just a K&N filter charger, you made a good move). Also this is the second K&N product I've purchased from Auto Anything and I must say as before it was painless and at the doorstep in 2 days. "Installed the kit in about 2 hours but could probly install in an hour after this time. Vehicle is quiet until you romp on it and you get a nice howl. Power is better, dont know about the gas yet have'nt managed to stay out of the throttle but it has not decreased the mpg either. Looks good too. Thanks"

"I love the K&N 77 series that I put on my 2002 Chevy Silverado. It was easy to install. I also installed the Helix Power Tower and the combo works well together. I had to cut a little off of the rubber piece though due to space used up by the power tower, but they CAN work together!"

"Looks great and sounds awsome. Installed easily in less than an hour. Still measuring HP and mileage increase... but thats not really why I bought it. There are cheaper options out there but they do not compare to a real K&N. The web site made getting the correct part for my make and model really easy. It was shipped the same day and arrived a day earlier that I expected it. Nice!"

"The unit wasn't all that hard to install. Next time it will be a lot easier. Increases the pickup nicely, sounds great, haven't had a chance to check the mileage. Will wait to do that until I get used to driving with my foot off the floor. All in all seems to be a good investment and a boost in performance."

"Nice improve on high RPM's , sound too. On gas I don't see any gain yet. Look pretty , but I loose the nissan cover with the logo on it.(just behind the tube). Easy installation. I recomended Moris-Florida"

2007 silverado classic

"Quick delivery of kit! Took less than an hour to install. I saw an immediate improvement in response. I heard a lot about the noise. But, it's not bad at all. Acxtually, I like it. Gas mileage dropped about 2mpg at first. But, it's picking back up to 16.2 at last check. I think some of that has to do with sensors and computer adjusting to the new influx of massive amounts of air. Some of it also has to do with the fact that I had to learn to drive like an adult again. (Couldn't keep my foot out of it!) Only complaint: Some sluggishness, hesitation out of the hole. Rocket like response, almost neck jerking, above 1500 rpms. All in all, a beautiful system that sounds and performs very well. Looking foward to adding flowmaster system soon."

"My kit arrived on time undamaged. It took one hour for to install it and I consider myself a novice in the automotive department but the instructions were very easy to follow. I put it on and noticed immediately the additional horsepower my gas mileage increased slightly. If I can keep my feet out of the tank. I really enjoyed my Yukon now that I have installed this kit. Thanks K & N for giving me the power I needed."

"Followed the instructions and it took about 1 and 1/2 hours to completely install. Did it at home with just a few tools. Better than I expected. Right away gained about 1 mpg increase at a steady speed. Wish I would have gotten this intake for my old truck. This was installed on a 2007 Dodge 1500 Hemi."

"Easy to install, good instructions but too costly for what you get in return. I notice no difference in power or perfromance nor do I see any difference in eity mileage but have not had on the highway so maybe will get better then 14 MPG. 4x4 Silverado with 5.3"

2004 HUMMER H2

"Received my K&N 77 system very quickly and was anxious to install it into my 2004 HUMMER H2. I read the instructions over 2 times before I did anything. It was a breeze. I really took my time and even with a coffee break I finished in 50 minutes. The only small installation problem was that the instructions didn’t mention that the 3 holes on the filter adapter weren’t symmetrical and I went a little nuts trying to align them until I figured it out. The first thing I noticed was the power. It didn’t snap my neck but it definitely was there. Then there was this deep throaty roar when you give it the gas. Reminded me of the old days when you would take off the air filter to gain power. The primary reason I bought this was to gain power and MPG while pulling my 26 foot 6000 lb travel trailer. I haven’t noticed any increase in the MPG’s but I haven’t gone on any trips where it would really show up. All in all it was a good purchase and an easy clean installation that looks great."

"Aside from the very poor hose clamps that K&N provides (I recommend going to the nearest hardware store to pick up 3 or 4 heavy duty gear hose clamps), I am really quite satisfied with this intake. Good improvement in horsepower and boy does it sound sweet when I step on it! Additionally, I'm getting 2-2.5 mpg, so this baby will pay for itself very soon."
