"the hemi 5.7 has the EGR valve tube feeding back to the intake next to the throttle body so i can hear what sounds like an exhaust leak.... anyone want to buy it ????"

"Intake installed as described in directions. Unit looks Great on the Jeep. Is a little louder than on my Silverado. I think it is because of the metal tube instead of composit on the Silverado.Jeep is way over powered as it was I am sure there is more now but at least it sounds great."

"Easy to install, but the keeper rings that come with it are hard to get tight enough without stripping the screw. My truck seems to get little more power than usual."

"Great product, easy to install. Directions included pictures, were easy to read, took about 45 min to install. Looks great under the hood. Had previously installed a set of K&N headers and dual exhaust on my Ford F 150 (5.4L). Man what a differance, great HP, great sound, really hard to stay out of the gas now......!!!"

"System installed in approximately one hour. The power is noticeable immediately. Highway gas mileage has increased 2-3 mpg depending on cruising speed. Nice throaty sound when accelerating."

"Needed total of 4 spacers and only two where in kit. No improvement in gas mileage noted. Can't loosen clamps after tightening to re-adjust tubing. Elbow tubing hits firewall."

"Hey all I was very sceptical when I order it but the performance was very noticable. Very much so in the higher RPM as the chip allows it to run up to 5,300 RPM at shift point (where all the HP is). Sound is not bad at all and normal driveing I hear no difference so I would recommend it to anyone. Only down side is the instrucktions. Digital photos are a great way to show what to do but they are so poor I could not see well enough so I had to use the old brain for once........"

"This intake has made my '06 F-150 FX4 one mean machine. Air filter is sweet because all you need to do to clean it is hose it off, you can't beat the asethic looks of the intake system, and you can definately feel the difference right away."

Hemi gains Power, but not economy

"Installation was fairly straight forward. The gasket provided was marginal for sealing the air intake. The gaps were fairly large near the engine and in excess of 1” with the gasket. Some of the mounting clip hardware was difficult to reach due to tight tolerances. With normal driving, I have not noticed a difference in the OEM sound and feel. When I am using the Hemi, the sound is very nice and throaty. There is a definite boost in horsepower especially above 2500 RPM. Incidentally this is where the sound becomes noticeable. I did not experience any gains in fuel economy, but I am still “playing” with the added power. Mainly purchased this product to help with the economy."

"It installed very easily in about an hour, taking my time. Looks great, sounds great too. I only have 1,057 miles on my truck so it's not broken in yet. Seems to have helped the milage at least 1 mpg. Should have a supporting bracket in the middle though in the area of the original air box mounting holes."

"All components are top quality. The installation went perfectly, even though I was expecting to find a glich somewhere. Throttle response has improved greatly. I have yet to have the opportunity to try it under towing conditions. If the added horsepower enable me to pull my 30 ft trailer in overdrive at highway speeds, it will almost double my mileage."

"This intake kit is everyhting you said it was. It was easy to install, looks sharp, and does it ever sound great! I thought it would only affect the top end, but it even gives a little added romp in town. I am very pleased with the performance it's given my Hemi. I would recommend this to other truck owners. I am going to get one for my '04 Suburban."
